Karadeniz ve Marmara\u2019n\u0131n yapay bir bo\u011fazla ba\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in \u00c7inli, \u0130talyan ve Rus \u015firketlerle \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l Y\u00fcksek Planlama Kurulu (YPK) karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan Kanal \u0130stanbul projesinde geri say\u0131m ba\u015fl\u0131yor. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00f6nemin Ba\u015fbakan Tayyip Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan projede fizibilite haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 tamamlan\u0131rken, projede ilk kazman\u0131n y\u0131l sonuna kadar at\u0131lmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Kendi kendini finanse edebilecek Kanal \u0130stanbul, par\u00e7a par\u00e7a ihale edilecek. \u0130hale duyurusuyla birlikte, projenin detaylar\u0131n\u0131n netle\u015fmesi ve m\u00fcteahhitlik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn hareketlenmesi bekleniyor. 15 milyar dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in daha \u00f6nce haz\u0131rlanan kentsel tasar\u0131m projeleri tekrar ele al\u0131n\u0131rken, sonras\u0131nda imar plan\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Proje kapsam\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce 1.2 milyon n\u00fcfusun yer almas\u0131 planlan\u0131rken, yo\u011funluk gerek\u00e7esiyle say\u0131 500 bine \u00e7ekildi. 250 bin+250 bin ki\u015fi veya 300 bin+200 binlik bir \u015fehir, kanal\u0131n iki yakas\u0131na konumland\u0131r\u0131lacak. Entegre projelerle Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un maliyetinin 50 milyar dolar\u0131 bulaca\u011f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken, in\u015faat\u0131nda 15 bin ki\u015filik istihdam olu\u015fturulacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>Rus, \u00c7inli ve \u0130talyan \u015firketler ilgileniyor\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKanal \u0130stanbul projesini yerli ve yabanc\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u015firket yak\u0131ndan takip ediyor. Panama Kanal\u0131 Projesi&#8217;ni ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren MWH Global ve \u00c7inli bir\u00e7ok \u015firket ihaleye ilgi duyarken, TAV da orta\u011f\u0131 CCC ile yak\u0131ndan takip ediyor. Bu arada, proje i\u00e7in Rus ve \u0130talyan firmalar\u0131la da baz\u0131 \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Hatta \u0130stanbul\u2019daki deniz trafi\u011fine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir Rus firmas\u0131n\u0131n kanal\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcstlenebilece\u011fini aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>Kanal \u0130stanbul \u2018V\u2019 harfi bi\u00e7iminde in\u015fa edilecek\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n15 milyar dolara mal olacak Kanal \u0130stanbul&#8217;un, 25 metre derinli\u011finde ve 150 metre geni\u015fli\u011finde olmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. 5.5 milyar TL olarak hesaplanan in\u015faat i\u015fleri kapsam\u0131nda \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131 ile Silivri aras\u0131ndaki do\u011fu- bat\u0131 ekseninde, proje ile \u00e7ak\u0131\u015facak en az 5 otoyolu, karayolu ve demiryolunun deplase edilmesi (ba\u015fka noktaya ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131) planlan\u0131yor. Kanal \u00fczerine en az 8, en \u00e7ok 11 k\u00f6pr\u00fc in\u015fa edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Toplamda 10 milyar dolara mal olacak proje, par\u00e7a par\u00e7a ihale edilecek. Kanal \u0130stanbul, alttan kesik \u2018V\u2019 harfi bi\u00e7iminde in\u015fa edilecek. Alt b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn geni\u015fli\u011finin 100 metreye, V harfinin iki ucu aras\u0131ndaki mesafe ise 520 metreye kadar ula\u015fabilecek. Kanal\u0131n derinli\u011fi 20 metre olacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>Arazi fiyatlar\u0131 tavan yapt\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nKanal \u0130stanbul Projesi, g\u00fczergah\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanaca\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren gayrimenkul piyasas\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck hareketlilik getirecek. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u2018\u00c7\u0131lg\u0131n Proje\u2019 olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un yeri hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131klanmad\u0131 ancak g\u00fczergahta olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilen yerlerde arazi fiyatlar\u0131 tavan yapt\u0131. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Ba\u015fak\u015fehir ve Arnavutk\u00f6y&#8217;\u00fcn 3 alternatif b\u00f6lge oldu\u011fu projede, bu rotan\u0131n se\u00e7ilmesinin en \u00f6nemli nedeni, kanal aks\u0131ndaki arazilerin y\u00fczde 80&#8217;e yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n Hazine&#8217;ye ait olmas\u0131. Projenin yerinin \u015fu an tam olarak belli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten yetkililer, \u201cEn k\u0131sa yol, en uygun yer neresidir ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019na alternatif olacak g\u00fczergah\u0131 belirleme gayretindeyiz\u201d dedi.
