G\u00fczelo\u011flu, &#8220;Y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 7 ila 8 oran\u0131ndaki enerji talebi, \u00fcretime dayal\u0131 beklentilerin art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve 2023 hedefine h\u0131zl\u0131 yol al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k oran\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fclmemektedir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin do\u011fal bir zenginli\u011fe sahip olmamas\u0131na ve enerjide y\u00fczde 70&#8217;e varan d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ra\u011fmen ekonomik alanda ortaya koydu\u011fu performans takdir edilmektedir. Ancak, 2023 ve sonras\u0131na ula\u015fmak noktas\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerjinin elde edilmesi bir zorunluluktur. \u00dclkemiz \u00fcreticisi ve sanayicisi y\u00fcksek maliyetle enerji yerine, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve sabit bir enerji maliyeti ile \u00fcretim yapmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kendi enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z ile \u00fcretim ve kalk\u0131nma boyutunu planlamak durumunday\u0131z. Art\u0131k enerji girdilerinde ve arz temininde hem \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir hem de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olan, ekonomik maliyeti ile de en ucuz girdi niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan n\u00fckleer enerji santralleri teminini T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin g\u00fcndeminde ve \u00fcretim merkezinde tutmak zorunday\u0131z.&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n n\u00fckleer santrallerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00fcst lige \u00e7\u0131kmak anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren G\u00fczelo\u011flu \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;N\u00fckleer enerji santrali kurmak ve enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc buradan kar\u015f\u0131lamak di\u011fer enerji kalemlerini reddetmek demek de\u011fildir. Bu tam aksine \u00fclkenin sahip oldu\u011fu enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 ekonomik \u015fekilde kullanmak ve en fazla verimi elde etmek anlam\u0131nda bir \u00e7abay\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n her d\u00fczeyde takip\u00e7isidir. Bug\u00fcn 2023 hedefi \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in hayal de\u011fil elde edilecek ger\u00e7e\u011fin ifadesidir. S\u00f6z konusu hedefe ula\u015fmak, 500 milyar kilovat saat enerjinin temin edilmesini gerektirmektedir. Enerji arz\u0131n\u0131 elde etmek mevcut kaynaklarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00dclkemiz 2023&#8217;e giden yolda enerji ihtiyac\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatmak amac\u0131yla kullanaca\u011f\u0131 n\u00fckleer santralleri 1 merkez olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemelidir. Bu tesisleri \u00e7o\u011faltmak durumunday\u0131z. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santrali&#8217;nin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi konusunda da s\u0131k\u0131 denetimler yap\u0131l\u0131yor, g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde izlenen s\u00fcre\u00e7te, her d\u00fczeydeki \u00f6nlem al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. Unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki, n\u00fckleer santrale dayal\u0131 enerji \u00fcretmek bir \u00fcst lige \u00e7\u0131kmakt\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcste\u015far Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130lker Sert ise &#8216;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santralleri Neden Gerekli?&#8217; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir sunum yapt\u0131. \u00dclkemizdeki elektrik talebinde y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 7-8 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu dile getiren Sert, bu oran\u0131n d\u00fcnya genelinde y\u00fczde 1.4 seviyesinde seyir etti\u011fini belirtti. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 212 milyar kilovat saat elektrik \u00fcretildi\u011finin bilgisini veren Sert, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k 500 miyar kilovat saat dolaylar\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. &#8220;Enerjide \u00fclke olarak y\u00fczde 71 oran\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131y\u0131z&#8221; diyen Sert, &#8220;G\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, biyokitle ve jeotermal gibi yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 potansiyeli, hidroelektrik potansiyelimiz ile birlikte 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fumuz enerji gereksinimimizi kar\u015f\u0131lamayacakt\u0131r. 1 kilogram uranyumun verece\u011fi enerji i\u00e7in 3 milyon kilogram k\u00f6m\u00fcr veya 2 milyon 700 bin litre petrol gerekiyor. 60 y\u0131l \u00f6mr\u00fc olan n\u00fckleer santralden elde edilecek enerji ile \u00fcretim portf\u00f6y\u00fcne \u00e7e\u015fitlilik getirilecek, do\u011fal gaz ithalat\u0131 azalacakt\u0131r. 31 \u00fclkedeki 439 reakt\u00f6r d\u00fcnya elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 13.5&#8217;ini kar\u015f\u0131larken, 61 yeni reakt\u00f6r ise in\u015fa a\u015famas\u0131ndad\u0131r.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali Elektrik \u00dcretim Anonim \u015eirketi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Rauf Kasumov da santralle ilgili bilgiler verdi. Santral sahas\u0131ndaki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n sona erdi\u011fini bildiren Kasumov, &#8220;Lisans al\u0131nd\u0131 ve taraf\u0131m\u0131za teslim edildi. Haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gereken evraklar denetleme kurumlar\u0131na sunuldu.
