De\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan projelerin toplam\u00a0kapasitesi 40.280,28 MW\u2019t\u0131r.\u00a0EPDK\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu, de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f projelere ait saha k\u00f6\u015fe koordinatlar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0Verk Enerji Teknolojileri taraf\u0131ndan dijital haritaya i\u015flenmesi sonucu elde edilmi\u015f olan \u00fclke\u00a0\u00e7ap\u0131ndaki genel yerle\u015fim durumu \u015eekil 1\u2019de sunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\"><a style=\"color: #1e73be;\" href=\"http:\/\/statik4.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/r%C3%BCz11111.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-73272 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik4.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/r%C3%BCz11111.jpg\" alt=\"r\u00fcz11111\" width=\"558\" height=\"241\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">De\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f projelerin illere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 incelendi\u011finde, \u00c7anakkale (110 proje),\u00a0Bal\u0131kesir (94 proje) ve \u0130zmir (45 proje) illeri ba\u015fta olmak 1.032 projenin 70 farkl\u0131 ile da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir (Tablo1).\u00a0Proje yerle\u015fimleri incelendi\u011fine ba\u015fvuru say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu illerdeki projelerin bir\u00e7ok\u00a0sahada \u00e7ak\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu yerler \u00c7anakkale\u2019nin Ayvac\u0131k\u00a0(28 Proje), Bayrami\u00e7 (23 Proje), Ezine (17 Proje) il\u00e7eleri; Karaman\u2019\u0131n Merkez il\u00e7esi (30 Proje);<br \/>\nMersin\u2019in Mut il\u00e7esi (16 Proje); \u0130zmir\u2019in Bergama il\u00e7esi (24 Proje); Bal\u0131kesir\u2019in Sava\u015ftepe il\u00e7esi\u00a0(15 Proje) ve Kayseri\u2019nin Yahyal\u0131 il\u00e7esi (19 Proje) olarak g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r. Projelerin\u00a0yerle\u015fimleri, \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fma ve benzeri durumlar hakk\u0131ndaki detaylar raporun devam\u0131nda\u00a0anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\"><a style=\"color: #1e73be;\" href=\"http:\/\/statik3.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/r%C3%BCz-tab-222222222.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-73273 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik3.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/r%C3%BCz-tab-222222222.jpg\" alt=\"r\u00fcz tab 222222222\" width=\"598\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">12 A\u011fustos 2015 itibariyle de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f 1.032 projenin saha s\u0131n\u0131r k\u00f6\u015fe koordinat\u00a0bilgileri EPDK\u2019n\u0131n resmi internet sayfas\u0131ndan edinilmi\u015f \u00e7e\u015fitli yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar (GIS) ve i\u00e7 kodlamalar\u00a0yard\u0131m\u0131yla koordinat format d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup bunlardan 996 adet proje harita \u00fczerine\u00a0i\u015flenebilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nProjelerin saha s\u0131n\u0131r k\u00f6\u015fe koordinat bilgilerinde \u00e7e\u015fitli hatalar g\u00f6zlenmi\u015f olup bunlardan\u00a0d\u00fczeltilebilenler haritaya d\u00e2hil edilmi\u015ftir. Saha s\u0131n\u0131r koordinatlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flenmesinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u00a0hatalar alttaki gibidir.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0Dilim orta meridyen (DOM) bilgisi eksik olan projeler (yakla\u015f\u0131k 218 adet)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0DOM bilgisi yerine UTM b\u00f6lge (UTM Zone) bilgisi yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan projeler (yakla\u015f\u0131k 24\u00a0adet)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0DOM bilgisi ile proje \u015fehri \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmeyip farkl\u0131 \u015fehirde, deniz \u00fczerinde ya da farkl\u0131 \u00fclkede\u00a0beliren projeler (yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 adet)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0Koordinat hane say\u0131s\u0131 fazlas\u0131\/eksi\u011fi, k\u00f6\u015fe noktalar\u0131 s\u0131ralama hatas\u0131 ve benzeri hatalar\u00a0bar\u0131nd\u0131ran projeler (yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 adet)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0Koordinat\u0131 olmayan projeler (3 adet)<br \/>\nBu hatalar ayn\u0131 veya farkl\u0131 projelerde g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir. 36 adet proje ise d\u00fczeltilemez durumdaki\u00a0\u00e7e\u015fitli koordinat hatalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 haritaya i\u015flenememi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nHarita \u00fczerinde i\u015flenen 996 proje yerle\u015fimi incelendi\u011finde sahalardaki \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fmalar net \u015fekilde\u00a0g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fmalara dair \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek alttaki k\u0131s\u0131mda g\u00f6rseller ile\u00a0verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00c7anakkale\u2019nin Ayvac\u0131k il\u00e7esinin bir kesimindeki ayn\u0131 tepeler \u00fczerinde 34 adet projenin\u00a0yerle\u015fimlerinin \u00e7ak\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
