Dede, Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fcnyada <strong>enerji t\u00fcketiminin<\/strong> 2050 itibar\u0131yla 2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin etti\u011fini belirtti. Bu paralelde <strong>karbon gazlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> 2 kat\u0131 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fini aktaran Dede, <strong>enerji arz taraf\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerjiye<\/strong> d\u00f6n\u00fck \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Dede <strong>yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda teknolojinin<\/strong> yeterince geli\u015fmemesinden dolay\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi. Talep taraf\u0131nda ise, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011finin<\/strong> \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, bu konunun\u00a0\u201cen yerli, ucuz, en kolay ula\u015f\u0131labilen, en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde kullan\u0131labilen ve yenilenebilir bir kaynak oldu\u011funu\u00a0belirten\u00a0Dede, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011finin<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir istihdam alan\u0131 oldu\u011funa da dikkat \u00e7ekti:\u00a0\u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada daralan bir istihdam piyasas\u0131 mevcut. Krizler ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin getirdi\u011fi sekt\u00f6rel de\u011fi\u015fimler talebin azalmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Yeni i\u015f alanlar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var. Avrupa\u2019da petrol sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 120 bin ki\u015fiden 20 bin ki\u015finin i\u015flerini kaybedece\u011fi hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. Gaz ve n\u00fckleer elektrik \u00fcretimindeki dura\u011fan istihdam e\u011filiminin devam edece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. K\u00f6m\u00fcr sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde y\u00fczde 50 istihdam azalmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerden <strong>enerji talebinin<\/strong> azalmas\u0131 sonucunda <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve Yenilenebilir Enerji<\/strong> alanlar\u0131nda yeni i\u015fler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n\u201cT\u00fcrkiye enerjiyi verimli kullanam\u0131yor\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan \u0130SO \u00c7evre ve Enerji \u015eubesi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u0130STEVM Proje Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Erbil B\u00fcy\u00fckbay, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na <strong>enerji t\u00fcketiminin<\/strong> Japonya\u2019n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak \u00fc\u00e7te biri iken, <strong>enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funun<\/strong> ise, 2.7 kat\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funun<\/strong> y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken B\u00fcy\u00fckbay, \u201c<strong>Enerji<\/strong> verimli kullan\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fckbay, \u0130stanbul Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Merkezi\u2019nin kurulma ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sanayi ve \u00fcniversite i\u015fbirli\u011fi, firmalar\u0131n <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> potansiyellerinin belirlenmesi ve ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 olarak s\u0131ralad\u0131.<br \/>\nB\u00fcy\u00fckbay ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri et\u00fctler s\u0131ras\u0131nda, se\u00e7ilen 10 sanayi tesisinin <strong>tasarruf potansiyeli<\/strong> teknik ve ekonomik boyutlar\u0131yla belirlendi\u011fini belirterek, \u00f6n et\u00fct i\u00e7in i\u015fletmedeki girdi, at\u0131k, kay\u0131p\/ka\u00e7ak verimsizlik israf ve enerji y\u00f6netim profili gibi et\u00fct profillerinin belgeler, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, g\u00f6zlemler ve noktasal \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yard\u0131m\u0131yla analiz edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. <strong>Enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> finansman y\u00f6ntemleriyle ilgili bilgi verildi\u011finin de alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen B\u00fcy\u00fckbay, \u201cKompres\u00f6r at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, elektrikli motorlar\u0131n\u0131n verimli olanlar\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015fimi, <strong>verimli ayd\u0131nlatma <\/strong>sistemi \u00f6nerileriyle firmalara yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak y\u00fczde 10-30 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen oranlarda verimlilik potansiyeli belirlenmi\u015ftir\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nB\u00fcy\u00fckbay firmalarda <strong>enerji y\u00f6netiminin <\/strong>yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulayarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri \u015f\u00f6yle vurgulad\u0131: \u201c\u00d6l\u00e7me ve izleme sistemleri yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. \u0130stihdam edilen <strong>enerji y\u00f6neticileri <\/strong>ger\u00e7ek anlamda enerji y\u00f6netimi yapmal\u0131 ve bu konuda yetkilendirilmeli. Enerji y\u00f6netim standard\u0131 olan ISO 50001\u2019in yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kanunla sa\u011flanmal\u0131. \u00dcst y\u00f6netimin deste\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek projelerle bilin\u00e7 art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. Te\u015fvik mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7mesinde, <strong>enerji y\u00f6netim standard\u0131na<\/strong> uyumluluk zorunlu hale getirilmeli.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHi\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00fczde 10 oran\u0131nda enerji tasarrufu\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Vat Enerji A.\u015e. Hi\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131ms\u0131z veya az yat\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerin uygulanmas\u0131 ile asgari y\u00fczde 10 oran\u0131nda <strong>enerji tasarrufu <\/strong>sa\u011flamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji y\u00f6neticisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siemens Yetkilisi Hakan Olcay ise, toplant\u0131da bir konu\u015fma yaparak, <strong> enerji y\u00f6neticisini<\/strong>, end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelerde ve binalarda <strong>enerji y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> ile ilgili faaliyetleri yerine getirmekle sorumlu ve enerji y\u00f6neticisi\/e\u011fitim-et\u00fct-proje sertifikas\u0131na sahip ki\u015fi olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131.
