1997’de kabul edilen protokol\u00fc imzalayan \u00fclkelerin sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 1990’a\u00a0 g\u00f6re 2020’de y\u00fczde 25-40, 2050’de ise y\u00fczde 80 ila 95 aras\u0131na \u00e7ekilmesi\u00a0 hedefleniyordu.<\/p>\n

Protokol k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ile m\u00fccadelede yasal olarak ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 tek s\u00f6zle\u015fme\u00a0 olmas\u0131 nedeni ile iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini \u00f6nleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem\u00a0 ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Bununla birlikte Reuters haber ajans\u0131 protokol\u00fc imzalayan \u00fclkelerden Belarus’un BM temsilcisinin d\u00fcn imza t\u00f6reninden 48 saat ge\u00e7meden \u00fclkenin imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belgeyi onaylamamas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerebilece\u011fini, Kazakistan ve Ukrayna’n\u0131n da ayn\u0131 yolu izleyebilece\u011fini iddia etti\u011fini duyurdu.<\/p>\n
