Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar s\u00fcrecin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 derecede uzun olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, \u00f6nemli oranda tepki g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015fland\u0131. Kamu yetkilileri bu tepkiyi dikkate alacakt\u0131r. Bu anlamda, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki s\u0131\u00e7rama y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 2016 olarak de\u011ferlendiriyorum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">Kamu taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcyle ilgili hedeflerin revize edildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Siz, bu uygulamay\u0131 nas\u0131l buluyorsunuz?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de h\u00fck\u00fcmet taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi hedefi 3000 megawattt\u0131. 3 ay \u00f6nce, 5000 megawatt rakamlar\u0131 telaffuz edilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. En son 10.000 megawatt ifade edildi. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden elektrik \u00fcretimi konusunda yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular\u0131n miktar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak, belirlenen 3.000 megawattl\u0131k hedef y\u00fckseltilerek revize ediliyor. Hedefi revize etmek ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Yat\u0131r\u0131m h\u0131z\u0131 ve ba\u015fvurular d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, T\u00fcrkiye g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 15.000 megawatt\u2019l\u0131k kuruluma ula\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde 15.000 megawatt\u2019l\u0131k bir kuruluma ula\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmenizde ba\u015fka hangi ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 rol oynuyor?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde bu y\u0131l 200-300 megawattl\u0131k kurulum bekliyoruz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l 500 megawattl\u0131k bir kurulum olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz ama lisansl\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n da devreye girmesiyle bu miktar 1000 megawatta \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Ayr\u0131ca, Konya Karap\u0131nar \u0130htisas B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ve ikinci fas\u0131l yat\u0131r\u0131mlar da hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu hedefe ula\u015fabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">S\u00f6z konusu hedef ger\u00e7ekle\u015firse, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji haritas\u0131 nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015fecek?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">Bu rakam\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fu demek: T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam elektrik \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc 5\u2019ini \u00e7ok rahatl\u0131kla g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden sa\u011flayabiliriz. Bu \u00fclkenin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kendi kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na aktar\u0131lan 50-60 milyar dolarl\u0131k enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ithalat\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve daha temiz bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kendi kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelerek, ye\u015fil ve yenilenebilir enerjinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli. Amac\u0131m\u0131z da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yerli ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131yla, d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilebilir enerjinin gelece\u011fini nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendiriyorsunuz?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">T\u00fcm geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6zlemleniyor. D\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l 40 bin megawattl\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali kurulumu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. D\u00fcnya genelinde toplam g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulumu 200 gigawatta yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise yaln\u0131zca 50 megawattl\u0131k bir kuruluma sahibiz. Kayna\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretsiz olan yenilenebilir enerjiden yararlanarak, bir an \u00f6nce enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00fclke olarak elde etmemiz gerekiyor. \u00d6nemli olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ortak ak\u0131l do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z. T\u00fcrk toplumunun u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131 ve m\u00fccadelesiyle, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerjinin \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde geli\u015fece\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. Enerjinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde yat\u0131r\u0131m makul d\u00fczeylere geldi ve amorti s\u00fcresi 6 y\u0131la kadar geriledi. B\u00fcrokraside rahatlama olur, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rsa, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de evler g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisiyle dolar. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi gelece\u011fimizdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">PV (Fovoltaik) sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesiyle ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleriniz neler?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de fotovoltaik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00fcretim yapan 17 firma yer al\u0131yor. Fotovoltaik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yeni geli\u015fiyor. Yat\u0131r\u0131ma ge\u00e7 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmam\u0131z, teknolojide ilerlememize yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fen fotovoltaik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki teknoloji de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kolayca uyum sa\u011flayabilece\u011fiz. Teknoloji daha da b\u00fcy\u00fck geli\u015fmeler g\u00f6sterecek. H\u00fccreler daha verimli hale gelecek. 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce standart paneller 130-140 watt iken bug\u00fcn 260 megawatt d\u00fczeylerine gelmi\u015f durumda. Yeni teknolojiyi transfer ederek, altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirebiliriz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6nemli bir sanayi altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131, teknolojiyi takip etmemizde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir avantaj olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">Yerli fotovoltaik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn korunmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki tedbirleri nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendiriyorsunuz?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">D\u00fcnyada bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke fotovoltaik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc geli\u015ftirebilmek ve korumak amac\u0131yla Uzak Do\u011fu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine kar\u015f\u0131 anti-damping vergisi uygulad\u0131. Bu uygulamalar, \u00fclkelerin kendi sanayicilerini korumak zorunda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n gelecekte sorun ya\u015famamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in, do\u011fru ve kaliteli \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ger\u00e7ek fiyattan almalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na, yerli fotovoltaik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn desteklenmesi gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz 10-15 bin megawattlar d\u00fczeyinde kurulum yapmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, kendi \u00fclkelerindeki indirimli fiyatlardan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sat\u0131\u015f yapan Uzak Do\u011fulu baz\u0131 fotovoltaik firmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha sonra \u00fclkelerine d\u00f6nerek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin arkas\u0131nda durup duramayacaklar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fma konusudur.
