Projeyi \u00fclke olarak Japonya ve Almanya destekliyor. ekonomi y\u00f6netiminin tasarrufa gitmesinin temelinde Elektrik maliyetlerindeki art\u0131\u015f yat\u0131yor. <strong>Maliye<\/strong> Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re kamunun enerji al\u0131mlar\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n ilk on ayl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde 3,4 milyar T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131. Enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131n 1 milyar 42 milyon liras\u0131 <strong>Elektrik<\/strong> al\u0131mlar\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nKamunun 2011 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131ndaki elektrik faturas\u0131 ise 1 milyar 163 milyon TL olmu\u015ftu. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ilk on ayl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde elektrik gideri 973 milyon lira idi. \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkilileri, konuya ili\u015fkin olarak enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u00f6nceli\u011fin kamu binalar\u0131na verilece\u011fini aktard\u0131. \u00c7ok fazla kamu binas\u0131nda gereksiz yere \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n yand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran \u00fcst d\u00fczey bir yetkili, &#8220;Amac\u0131m\u0131z enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131.
