Bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda \u00fcretilen 125 milyar kWh elektri\u011fin y\u00fczde 36.0\u2019s\u0131 do\u011fal gaz santrallerinde, y\u00fczde 16.3\u2019\u00fc barajlardan elektrik \u00fcreten santrallerde, y\u00fczde 11.8\u2019i ise akarsular \u00fczerine kurulan HES\u2019lerde \u00fcretildi.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Suya dayal\u0131 \u00fcretimin toplam \u00fcretimdeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 28.3 oldu.
\nGe\u00e7en y\u0131l \u00fclkede kurakl\u0131k oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in barajlardan ve akarsulardan \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin arz\u0131nda gerileme olmu\u015ftu. Su bedava<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Elektrik \u00fcretenlerin arz\u0131 ile elektri\u011fi da\u011f\u0131tan firmalar\u0131n talebi \u201cSerbest Enerji Piyasas\u0131\u201dnda bulu\u015fuyor. Arz ve talebe g\u00f6re fiyat olu\u015fuyor. Do\u011fal gaz maliyeti y\u00fcksek. Su ile elektrik \u00fcretmede maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Su ile \u00fcretilen elektrik arz\u0131 art\u0131nca enerji piyasas\u0131nda elektri\u011fin 1 kWh\u2019\u0131n fiyat\u0131 13.7 kr\u015f\u2019tan 11.3 kr\u015f\u2019a geriledi. (Dolar fiyat\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimle 9.22 sentten 4.25 sente indi)
\nBu durumda serbest piyasadan Bota\u015f fiyat\u0131yla gaz alarak \u00fcretim yapan \u00e7ok say\u0131da do\u011fal gaz santrali \u00fcretimi durdurdu. Hatta en son Siemens teknolojisiyle kurulan en yeni ve b\u00fcy\u00fck do\u011fal gaz santrali bile devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131.
\nBu demek de\u011fil ki art\u0131k do\u011fal gazla \u00fcretim yap\u0131lm\u0131yor. Do\u011fal gazla \u00fcretilen elektrik gene de toplamda en b\u00fcy\u00fck paya sahip.<\/p>\n

Gaz pahal\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ama \u00fcretimi s\u00fcrd\u00fcren do\u011fal gaz santrallerinin maliyet yap\u0131lar\u0131 farkl\u0131; (1) B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcretim yapan santraller Bota\u015f do\u011fal gaz sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 + i\u015fletme gideri ve k\u00e2r esas\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar. Bunlar Bota\u015f fiyat\u0131 ne olursa olsun kWh ba\u015f\u0131na 0.8 sent i\u015fletme gideri ve k\u00e2r esas\u0131yla \u00fcretim yap\u0131yor. (2) Say\u0131lar\u0131 az da olsa kurulu\u015f \u00f6ncesi devlet ile s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n \u00fczerinde sat\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131 yapan do\u011fal gaz santralleri var.
\nBu iki gruptaki santraller do\u011fal gaz fiyat\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015ftan ve serbest piyasada gerileyen fiyatlardan etkilenmiyor.
\nUzmanlar do\u011fal gazda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn yar\u0131s\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n arz fazlas\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu, bu nedenle serbest piyasa \u015fartlar\u0131nda ya\u015fama imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011funu belirtiyorlar. Enerjinin k\u00e2rl\u0131 sekt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu sanarak yap\u0131lan bu t\u00fcr tesislerin de\u011ferinin 20 milyar dolar dolay\u0131nda oldu\u011fu, bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in al\u0131nan kredilerin \u00f6denmesinin risk ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.
\nTar\u0131mda nas\u0131l ki domatesi \u00fcreten \u00fcrettik\u00e7e zarar ediyorsa, \u015fimdilerde piyasa fiyat\u0131yla do\u011fal gaz kullanan santrallerde de ayn\u0131 durum ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00dcretici zarar ediyor. Da\u011f\u0131tan kazan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
