Duyurunun eki listede ise toplam bin 18 santral projesi ile bu projelerin sahibi y\u00fczlerce \u015firketin isimleri yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">R\u00fczgarda da enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. EPDK\u2019n\u0131n internet sitesinden yap\u0131lan sorguya g\u00f6re r\u00fczgar enerji santrali (RES) kurmak i\u00e7in \u00f6n lisans ba\u015fvurusu yapan \u015firketler i\u00e7inde Enerjisa, Zorlu, Bereket gibi yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yan\u0131nda Binres ve Tesla da b\u00fcy\u00fck RES projeleriyle dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>36\u2019s\u0131 100 MW\u2019tan b\u00fcy\u00fck\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">Kurulmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen bin 18 santraldan 36\u2019s\u0131 100 MW\u2019tan b\u00fcy\u00fck. 3 tanesi 200 MW\u2019tan b\u00fcy\u00fck. En b\u00fcy\u00fck proje 260.6 MW ile Tesla\u2019ya ait. Nesim Enerji 250 MW, Kongul Enerji de 200 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde santral kurmak amac\u0131yla \u00f6nlisans ba\u015fvurusu yapt\u0131. Tesla Enerji, Z\u00fclfikarlar Holding\u2019e ait bir kurulu\u015f. \u0130nternet sitesinde, \u201cMilyar dolara yakla\u015fan konsolide cirosu ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc finansal yap\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00fclkemizin \u00f6nde gelen gruplar\u0131ndan Z\u00fclfikarlar Holding\u2019in en yeni \u015firketi olarak 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda kuruldu\u011fu\u201d belirtiliyor. Tesla\u2019n\u0131n toplam 558 MW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te (HES ve DG\u00c7S) enerji \u00fcretimi var. R\u00fczgarda da buna yak\u0131n bir kapasite kurmay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. 250 MW\u2019l\u0131k projenin sahibi g\u00f6z\u00fcken Nesim Elektrik, Akfen Holding\u2019e ait Akfenres\u2019in \u015firketi. 200 MW\u2019l\u0131k projenin sahibi Kongul Enerji, \u0130stanbul \u2013 Esenler merkezli bir firma. Kurucusu, sahibi Nuh Sedat Kurtaran, lisans\u0131n\u0131 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda Enel Green Power Turkey\u2019e satt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">EPDK\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6n lisans de\u011ferlendirmesinde elemeler olabiliyor. Baz\u0131 projeler de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmiyor. Bu nedenle \u00f6nlisansta ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kapasitenin tamam\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015femiyor. Ancak \u00fc\u00e7te biri (13 bin MW) d\u00fczeyinde kapasite i\u00e7in bile 25 milyar liradan fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin RES kapasitesi, daha \u00f6nceki saptamalara g\u00f6re 48 bin MW d\u00fczeyinde. 2023 hedefi 20 MW\u2019a ula\u015fmak. Halen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik \u00fcretimi 2014 sonu itibariyle 70 bin MW d\u00fczeyinde. Bunun y\u00fczde 3.3\u2019\u00fc (3.629,7 MW) RES\u2019lerden geliyor. Ocak 2015 itibariyle in\u015fa halindeki santral say\u0131s\u0131 da 367 olarak g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Bu santrallar i\u00e7inde kapasiteye g\u00f6re RES pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 12.9 d\u00fczeyinde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck projeler \u00c7anakkale\u2019de\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">R\u00fczgarda 100 MW \u00fcst\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck proje kabul ediliyor. Lisanslar\u0131n co\u011frafi da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re bu projeler 5 ilde yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7anakkale (13 proje), Bal\u0131kesir (9), Karaman (9), Bursa (4), Mersin (3).
