Enerji verimlili\u011fi finansman\u0131 i\u00e7in piyasa \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumunda di\u011fer \u00fclke\/b\u00f6lgelerdeki benzer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n en iyi \u00f6rneklerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra &#8216;uygulayarak \u00f6\u011frenmek&#8217; de \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan elde edilecek kazanc\u0131n 3E (enerji-\u00e7evre-ekonomi) d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcnde sinerji etkisi beklenenden fazlad\u0131r.
