Dr Belgin \u015ean\u00a0 Akca taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan raporda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 54 milyar dolarl\u0131k\u00a0 enerji ithalat\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu rakam\u0131n cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 69&#8217;una denk\u00a0 geldi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji alan\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmas\u0131 ve enerji\u00a0 konusundaki geli\u015fmeleri &#8220;takip eden&#8221;\u00fclke konumundan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmekte\u00a0 olan b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomiler i\u00e7inde &#8220;lider&#8221; ve &#8220;belirleyici&#8221;\u00fclke pozisyonuna gelmesi\u00a0 gerekti\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda OECD \u00fclkelerinin biraz gerisinde\u00a0 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulanan raporda, \u015funlar ifade edildi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ancak geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerle geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerin enerji verimlilikleri\u00a0 farkl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furdu\u011fundan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin BRICS (Brezilya, Rusya, Hindistan,\u00a0 \u00c7in, G\u00fcney Afrika) ve MIST (Meksika, Endonezya, G\u00fcney Kore, T\u00fcrkiye) \u00fclkeleriyle\u00a0 de kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir\u00a0 ki, T\u00fcrkiye geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir konumdad\u0131r.
