D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc bir g\u00fczergah i\u00e7in de Arnavutluk\u2019un i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7en ve \u0130talya\u2019ya uzanan bir boru hatt\u0131ndan bahsedilebilir. Bu rotalar\u0131n hangisi kullan\u0131l\u0131rsa kullan\u0131ls\u0131n b\u00f6lgede yeni altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na kesinlikle ihtiya\u00e7 var.
