GAP \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sadrettin Karahocagil, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjili pompalar\u0131n, tar\u0131m\u00a0 uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in pilot proje haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. TEDA\u015e verilerine g\u00f6re b\u00f6lgede kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7ak elektrik t\u00fcketiminde \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Diyarbak\u0131r ve Mardin ilk 3 s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Karahocagil, G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin, su ve g\u00fcne\u015f gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir potansiyele sahip oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u0130dare, b\u00f6lgeden sudan sonra g\u00fcne\u015fi de ikinci enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak se\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n<p>GAP \u0130daresi, GAP Eylem Plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda enerji muhabirlerini \u2018B\u00f6lgedeki enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131\u2019 konusunda bilgilendirdi. \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Mardin ve Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131 kapsayan bilgilendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131nda \u015eanl\u0131urfa Valisi Celalettin G\u00fcven\u00e7 de yer ald\u0131. GAP \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sadrettin Karahocagil GAP Master Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n belirledi\u011fi hedef ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklere ula\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen kamu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n finansman ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 fiyatlar\u0131yla 44,5 milyar TL oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. \u201cGAP kapsam\u0131nda 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar tahmini olarak 38,6 milyar TL harcama yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve nakdi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme y\u00fczde 86 d\u00fczeyine ula\u015ft\u0131.\u201d diyen Karahocagil, GAP\u2019\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla 1,82 milyon hektar alan\u0131n sulamaya a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u0131lda 27 milyar kWh hidroelektrik enerji \u00fcretimi ile \u00fclke enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>GAP kapsam\u0131nda 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla 10 hidroelektrik santralinin tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini veren Karahocagil, GAP enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda fiziki ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmenin y\u00fczde 74 d\u00fczeyinde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Hidroelektrik santrallerinin i\u015fletmeye al\u0131n\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan 2011 sonuna kadar 355 milyar kWh elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretildi\u011fini ve hidrolik enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn GAP\u2019tan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Karahocagil, \u00fcretilen enerjinin parasal de\u011ferinin 21,3 milyar dolar oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Karahocagil\u2019in verdi\u011fi bilgilere g\u00f6re, G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin tar\u0131msal ve hayvansal at\u0131klar\u0131 da enerjide de\u011ferlendirilecek. Ayr\u0131ca b\u00f6lgede bir\u00e7o\u011fu yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z olan binalar\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fini iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor. B\u00f6lge, yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olan hidroelektrikte T\u00fcrkiye birincisi. F\u0131rat Nehri \u00fczerinde kurulan Birecik Baraj G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nden Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131\u2019na kadar 100 kilometrelik mesafede nehir turizminin ba\u015flat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bilgisini veren Vali G\u00fcven\u00e7, \u201cKalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 bu konuda proje ihalesine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
