Ancak toplam alan\u0131 2 bin 670 kilometrekare olan il\u00e7enin 1500 kilometrekarelik alan\u0131nda tar\u0131m yap\u0131labiliyor. Topraklar\u0131n\u0131n geri kalan\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en verimsiz, hatta \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fme tehlikesi alt\u0131ndaki sahas\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar k\u0131ymetsiz olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fmi\u015f, \u00e7orak araziler art\u0131k alt\u0131n de\u011ferinde. Zira devlet bu alan\u0131 \u2018Enerji \u0130htisas End\u00fcstri B\u00f6lgesi\u2019 olarak de\u011ferlendirecek.<\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar Kaymakam\u0131, Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve il\u00e7enin di\u011fer yetkilileri toplant\u0131 halinde buluyoruz. Konu: G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi. Kaymakam Ramazan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m projenin bir an \u00f6nce devreye girmesi i\u00e7in gerekli haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131 ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 bin dekar alan, Karap\u0131nar\u2019da \u2018Enerji \u0130htisas B\u00f6lgesi\u2019 olarak ilan edildi. Buras\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine dayal\u0131 ilk enerji ihtisas b\u00f6lgesi. 60 bin dekarl\u0131k alandan 3 ile 4 bin MW (megawatt) \u00fcretilmesi planlan\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck barajlar\u0131ndan olan Keban Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 1330 MW oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde; 3-4 bin MW kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fmas\u0131 planlanan \u2018Karap\u0131nar Enerji \u0130htisas B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin \u00f6nemi daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>T\u00fcrkiye en verimli ku\u015fakta<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar\u2019daki \u2018Enerji \u0130htisas Sahas\u0131\u2019nda bir y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm istasyonlar\u0131 veri topluyor. Bu verilere g\u00f6re b\u00f6lge, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en verimli g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi \u00fcretim de\u011ferlerine sahip.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f panelleri ile elektrik \u00fcretimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren sistemlere fotovoltaik ad\u0131 veriliyor. Fotovoltaik sistemler, san\u0131lan\u0131n tersine s\u0131cakl\u0131ktan olumsuz etkileniyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130zmir-Van aras\u0131ndaki ku\u015fak bu bak\u0131mdan en verimli sahalara sahip. Bu \u00e7izginin g\u00fcneyindeki b\u00f6lgelerde g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle istenen verimi g\u00f6stermiyor. Daha kuzeylere gidilmesi halinde ise g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 azal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Avrupa\u2019da bulunan Almanya, g\u00fcne\u015f panellerine y\u0131llard\u0131r b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor. Ancak rakamlar, Konya b\u00f6lgesinde sabit fotovoltaik panellerle Almanya\u2019n\u0131n iki kat\u0131na yak\u0131n enerji elde edildi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Neden Karap\u0131nar ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar b\u00f6lgesi t\u00fcmle\u015fik iki b\u00fcy\u00fck sahadan (28 bin dekar ve 32 bin dekar) olu\u015ftu\u011fu i\u00e7in hem yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya hem de elektri\u011fi kullanacak olan devlete b\u00fcy\u00fck bir avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. G\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede olmas\u0131 altyap\u0131, bak\u0131m ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m masraflar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar il\u00e7esinde \u2018Enerji \u0130htisas B\u00f6lgesi\u2019 olarak belirlenen alanda e\u011fimin olmamas\u0131 kurulum maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Gece ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131cakl\u0131k fark\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131, yaz aylar\u0131nda bile panellerin verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgede esen hakim r\u00fczgarlar, g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde panel \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n verimi olumsuz etkileyecek seviyelere y\u00fckselmesini engelliyor.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u00f6zellikleri ile Karap\u0131nar g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi \u00fcretiminde b\u00fcy\u00fck avantajlar sunuyor. Ancak bir y\u0131ld\u0131r yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlere g\u00f6re Konya, Nev\u015fehir ve Van gibi illerde ayn\u0131 verimlilikte daha bir\u00e7ok alan bulunuyor. Gelecekte ihtiyaca g\u00f6re, buralara da enerji ihtisas b\u00f6lgeleri kurulabilecek.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cDaha yolun ba\u015f\u0131nday\u0131z\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar\u2019da baz\u0131 \u015firketler \u2018Enerji \u0130htisas B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ni beklemeden i\u015fe koyuldu bile. Tekno Enerji Grubu Teknik Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Orkun Ar\u0131kan\u2019a g\u00f6re, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi konusunda T\u00fcrkiye beklentileri a\u015facak:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlmanya\u2019da bug\u00fcn 38 bin MW kurulu g\u00fcce sahip g\u00fcne\u015f santrali var ve yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmaya devam ediliyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de daha yeni 100 MW\u2019a yakla\u015f\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar stratejik hedef olarak 5 bin MW elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretimi kapasitesine ula\u015fmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Ben onun da \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bekliyorum. Hem \u00fclkenin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem de yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ilgisi nedeniyle bu rakam 15 bin MW\u2019a ula\u015fabilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cD\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir enerji \u015fart\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mehmet \u00d6zenba\u015f ayn\u0131 firmada sat\u0131\u015f ve pazarlama y\u00f6neticisi. Y\u0131llard\u0131r insanlar\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin verimlili\u011fine ve gereklili\u011fine ikna etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6zenba\u015f t\u00fcketici al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n teknoloji ile birlikte de\u011fi\u015fti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor. Verdi\u011fi rakamlara g\u00f6re, yaln\u0131zca kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefonlar\u0131n \u015farj\u0131 i\u00e7in harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck elektrik t\u00fcketimine e\u015fit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zenba\u015f\u2019a g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi insanl\u0131\u011fa \u00e7ok esnek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunuyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcne\u015f paneli kurmak i\u00e7in araziye ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z yok. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, 27 milyon metrekare yaln\u0131zca Organize\u00a0Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri\u2019ndeki kapal\u0131 binalar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131 alanlar\u0131 var. Bunun \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 kadar da organize sanayilerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan tesisler. Toplamda 108 milyon metrekareden bahsediyoruz. Bunun yaln\u0131zca d\u00f6rtte birini, 25 milyon metrekareyi g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi paneline \u00e7evirseniz bile 4,5-5 bin MW gibi bir rakama tekab\u00fcl ediyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Konya\u2019n\u0131n Karap\u0131nar il\u00e7esinde kurulacak \u2018Enerji \u0130htisas Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019 hem Konya hem de T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir e\u015fik olacak.
