Paris merkezli 21\u2019inci Y\u00fczy\u0131l \u0130\u00e7in Yenilenebilir Enerji Politikalar\u0131 A\u011f\u0131 (REN21) taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak haz\u0131rlanan bu rapor, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 19\u2019unun yenilenebilir enerjiyle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Rapora g\u00f6re, karbondioksit emisyonu oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaks\u0131z\u0131n enerji \u00fcretiminde en fazla geli\u015fme kaydedilen iki alan r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi oldu. Yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7en y\u0131l bu iki teknolojinin yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 250 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. G\u00fcne\u015ften enerji elde etme y\u00f6ntemi olan fotovoltaik yap\u0131land\u0131rmalar\u0131 ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki elektrik enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">21\u2019inci Y\u00fczy\u0131l \u0130\u00e7in Yenilenebilir Enerji Politikalar\u0131 A\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6neticisi Christine Lins bu teknolojilerin maliyetinin de d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7ekiyor ve bu teknolojilerin ayn\u0131 zamanda geleneksel enerji kaynaklar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha verimli oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00fcm bu olumlu geli\u015fmelere ve yenilenebilir enerjideki \u00f6nemli art\u0131\u015fa ra\u011fmen Lins, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 2 dereceyle s\u0131n\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde. Bu da d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda hala y\u00fczde 78,3 fosil enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 2,6 n\u00fckleer enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu nedenler Lins\u2019e g\u00f6re \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde ula\u015fmam\u0131z gereken b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hedef var.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #232323;\">\u0130stihdam alanlar\u0131 da art\u0131yor<\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Yenilenebilir Enerji Global Durum Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re fosil enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ve atom enerjisi i\u00e7in verilen s\u00fcbvansiyonlar iptal edilirse yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 daha da fazla artabilir. Verilere g\u00f6re k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol ve do\u011falgaza ayr\u0131lan y\u0131ll\u0131k direkt s\u00fcbvansiyonlar\u0131n tutar\u0131 550 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131yor. Uluslararas\u0131 Para Fonu taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan g\u00fcncel bir analizde bu direkt s\u00fcbvansiyonlara ek olarak fosil enerjinin sa\u011fl\u0131k ve iklime verdi\u011fi zarar ve dolayl\u0131 s\u00fcbvansiyonlar eklendi\u011finde y\u0131ll\u0131k 5 trilyon dolarl\u0131k bir miktara ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Lins, bu s\u00fcbvansiyonlar\u0131n iptal edilmesinin enerji alan\u0131ndaki maliyetleri daha \u015feffaf hale getirece\u011fini ve b\u00f6ylece yenilenebilir enerjinin gelecek i\u00e7in do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yolu oldu\u011funun daha a\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fini ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Raporun ortaya koydu\u011fu verilere g\u00f6re yenilenebilir enerjinin bir di\u011fer getirisi ise istihdam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131. 2014\u2019te yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la oranla y\u00fczde 18\u2019lik bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 7,7 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Abu Dabi\u2019de yer alan Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerjiler Ajans\u0131\u2019ndan (IRENA) Rabia Ferroukhi\u2019ye g\u00f6re bu yakla\u015f\u0131m gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck iyimser bir tabloya i\u015faret ediyor.
