G\u00fcne\u015f Atlas\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re, Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir alana yap\u0131lacak g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin mevcut elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 Haziran D\u00fcnya \u00c7evre G\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> nedeniyle a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Uluslararas\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Toplulu\u011fu (G\u00dcNDER)\u2019in T\u00fcrkiye B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Kemal Gani Bayraktar, \u201cToplam 790 km\u00b2\u2019lik bir alana yay\u0131lacak g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u015fu andaki elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin h\u0131zla geli\u015fen n\u00fcfusu ve ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen elektrik t\u00fcketimi hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in \u00fclkenin 1.600 km\u00b2\u2019lik bir alan\u0131n\u0131 (on binde 25\u2019inden dar bir alan(%0,21)) g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle kaplamak yeterli olur\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisini kullanmak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131racak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Sanayi \u00e7evre \u00fclkelere de hitap eden y\u00fcksek bir imalat kapasitesine ula\u015ft\u0131 diyen Kemal Gani Bayraktar, yerli \u00fcretim kapasitesi bu denli artm\u0131\u015fken, \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda kat edilecek daha \u00e7ok mesafe oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. Bayraktar: \u201c\u00dclkemizin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve yenilenebilir enerji potansiyeli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, belirlenen hedeflerin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ve verilen desteklerin artmas\u0131yla h\u0131zl\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme i\u00e7inde olan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn teknolojik yetkinli\u011fi ve d\u00fcnyada rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc de art\u0131racak. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisini daha fazla kullanarak yarat\u0131lacak katma de\u011fer ve istihdam yan\u0131nda enerji ithalat\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131labilecek. Di\u011fer yandan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sanayi ihracat\u0131 da \u00fclke ekonomisine \u00f6nemli bir girdi sa\u011flayabilecektir. Artan fark\u0131ndal\u0131k, bilin\u00e7lenme ve geli\u015fen teknolojinin sundu\u011fu kolayl\u0131klar sayesinde yak\u0131n gelecekte \u00fclkemizin d\u00f6rt taraf\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin \u00e7ok daha yayg\u0131n ve bilin\u00e7li kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mevcut kurulu g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi panelleri sadece s\u0131cak su elde edilmesinde kullan\u0131lsa bile y\u0131ll\u0131k 36,7 milyon ton petrol tasarrufu sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kemal Gani Bayraktar,<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye Almanya\u2019dan % 60 daha fazla g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na ve ortalama g\u00fcnde 7,2 saat g\u00fcne\u015flenme s\u00fcresine sahipken, Almanya ve Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n kuzey \u00fclkelerinde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den \u00e7ok daha fazla oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Mevcut kapasite hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Bayraktar, \u201cKurulu kapasiteden 341 TWh\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ile s\u0131cak su elde edilmesi, 36,7 milyon Ton E\u015fde\u011feri Petrol (TEP) tasarrufuna ve 118,6 milyon ton CO2 sal\u0131m azalt\u0131m\u0131na e\u015fde\u011fer olup, d\u00fcnya genelinde 460.000 ki\u015filik istihdam sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015ften \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiminde yakla\u015f\u0131k 16 milyon m2\u2019lik monte edilmi\u015f g\u00fcne\u015f kollekt\u00f6rleri ile \u015fu anda \u00e7at\u0131larda \u0131s\u0131 enerjisi toplanmakta ve s\u0131cak su elde edilmektedir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u00fclkemizde kurulu g\u00fcne\u015ften \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcreten g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn de yakla\u015f\u0131k 3,2 milyon ton CO2 azalt\u0131m\u0131na ve 1 milyon TEP tasarrufa katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00dcNDER HAKKINDA:<\/strong><br \/>\n1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Uluslararas\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Toplulu\u011fu \u2013 T\u00fcrkiye B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc (G\u00dcNDER), Uluslararas\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Toplulu\u011fu\u2019nun (International Solar Energy Society \u2013 ISES) T\u00fcrkiye B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olarak, 3335 say\u0131l\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 niteliklerdeki te\u015fekk\u00fcllerin kurulmas\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki Kanunun 1. Maddesine g\u00f6re, Bakanlar Kurulunun 10 \u015eubat 1992 tarih ve 92\/2752 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile temsile yetkilendirilmi\u015ftir. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) ve G\u00f6rev Birimleri\u2019nde (IEA-SHC ve IEA-PVPS) T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetini temsil etmek \u00fczere de atanm\u0131\u015f olan G\u00dcNDER, \u00fcyesi oldu\u011fu TOBB \u0130klimlendirme Meclisi, Avrupa Fotovoltaik Sanayi Birli\u011fi (EPIA) ve Avrupa G\u00fcne\u015f Is\u0131l Sanayi Federasyonu (ESTIF) \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile de uyumlu i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken; hem toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerini etkin bir \u015fekilde bilin\u00e7lendirmek ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak, hem de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in oto kontrol mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 da kurgulayarak \u00fcretimden uygulamaya t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde haks\u0131z rekabeti \u00f6nleyici, kaliteyi art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sanayinin geli\u015fiminde rol oynamak i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tasarlamakta, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sanayimizin t\u00fcm taraflar\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcnde uygulamaya ge\u00e7irmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00dcNDER; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemlerinin \u00fcretimi ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaktad\u0131r.
