Bakanl\u0131k, bu sistemle T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fanan enerji kayb\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 16 azaltmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<br \/>\n\u00d6te yandan, mevcut binalar i\u00e7in de 2017&#8217;e kadar belgenin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Binan\u0131n enerji performans\u0131 nas\u0131l belirleniyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye genelinde, 8 bin 528 Enerji Kimlik Belgesi (EKB) uzman\u0131 bulunuyor. Yeni binalar\u0131n enerji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n en az &#8221;C&#8221; olmas\u0131 gerekirken, binalar\u0131n enerji performanslar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle belirleniyor:<br \/>\n&#8221;Binan\u0131n metrekare ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi tespit edildikten sonra, bu de\u011fere g\u00f6re karbondioksit sal\u0131m\u0131 hesaplan\u0131yor. Bu de\u011fer referans bir binan\u0131nkiyle k\u0131yaslanarak, bina A-G aras\u0131nda bir enerji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na yerle\u015ftiriliyor.&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Binan\u0131z\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fini kendiniz hesaplay\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><br \/>\nBakanl\u0131k ile British Council ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u0130ngiltere B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi &#8221;Refah Fonu&#8221; deste\u011fiyle geli\u015ftirilen programla, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n resmi belge \u00f6ncesinde binas\u0131n\u0131 kendisinin test etmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<br \/>\nBunun i\u00e7in &#8221;enerjihesap.csb.gov.tr&#8221; adresinden ula\u015f\u0131labilen programda yer alan, bina, duvar, pencere ve kap\u0131lar ile enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve maliyete dair sorular\u0131n yan\u0131tlanmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<br \/>\nBu bilgilerin ard\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan raporda, binan\u0131n hangi enerji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu, y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131, bina i\u00e7in \u00f6zel \u00f6neriler, gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131yla enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar azalaca\u011f\u0131 gibi bilgilere ula\u015f\u0131labilir.<br \/>\nBuradaki y\u00f6ntemle hesaplanan enerji verimlili\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n resmi de\u011feri bulunmuyor.
