Bu kapsamda \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fini \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla trafi\u011fe yeni \u00e7\u0131kacak ara\u00e7lardan karbondioksit sal\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar\u0131 vergisel a\u00e7\u0131dan te\u015fvik edici bir model planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>Y\u00fcksek verimli motora destek<\/h2>\n<p>Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n taslak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na g\u00f6re, arac\u0131n karbondioksit emisyon d\u00fczeyine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen tutarda y\u0131ll\u0131k bir \u2018emisyon vergisi\u2019 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Yap\u0131lacak bir ba\u015fka d\u00fczenlemeyle enerji verimlili\u011fi y\u00fcksek olan beyaz e\u015fyalar\u0131 tercih eden vatanda\u015flar, di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re daha az \u00d6TV \u00f6deyecek. Yine bir ba\u015fka d\u00fczenleme ile enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in binalardaki yal\u0131t\u0131m te\u015fvik edilecek. Enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda bilin\u00e7lendirme faaliyetleri yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak. Enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda y\u00f6netim bilgi sistemi olu\u015fturularak koordinasyon g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilecek. Enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n finansman\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni modeller geli\u015ftirilirken beyannameye g\u00f6re \u015funlar yap\u0131lacak: \u201cTa\u015f\u0131tlar dahil olmak \u00fczere vergilendirme sisteminde enerji verimlili\u011fi lehine farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131lacak. Enerji performans s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri modeli yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak. Sanayide y\u00fcksek verimli elektrik motorlar\u0131 \u00fcretimi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 desteklenecek. Ba\u015fta konutlar olmak \u00fczere mevcut binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fi konusundaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 desteklenecek.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Do\u011falgaz\u0131n ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 il kalmayacak<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli enerji k\u00f6pr\u00fclerinden biri haline gelen T\u00fcrkiye, dev yat\u0131r\u0131mlara haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Hedef hem vatanda\u015fa hem de \u00fcreticilere ucuz, kaliteli ve g\u00fcvenli enerji sa\u011flanmas\u0131. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar t\u00fcm illerde konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne do\u011fal gaz iletiminin tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Do\u011fal gaz depolama kapasitesi de art\u0131r\u0131lacak. Bu kapsamda, yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden ve tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 1 milyar metrek\u00fcp gaz depolama kapasitesi temin edecek Tuz G\u00f6l\u00fc Yeralt\u0131 Depolama projesinin ilk a\u015famas\u0131 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda, ikinci a\u015famas\u0131 ise 2019\u2019da tamamlanarak devreye al\u0131nacak. Yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 petrol ve do\u011fal gaz aramalar\u0131 ve \u00fcretimi de art\u0131yor. Enerji \u00fcretiminde d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefiyle uyumlu olarak yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda petrol ve do\u011falgaz arama faaliyetleri h\u0131z kazanacak. Linyit k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve jeotermal gibi yerli kaynaklar\u0131n potansiyelinin tespitine y\u00f6nelik arama faaliyetlerini azami d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rken, kaya gaz\u0131 konusunda ise kapsaml\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. Trans Adriyatik Do\u011falgaz Boru Hatt\u0131 projesiyle (TAP) do\u011falgaz Yunanistan ve Arnavutluk \u00fczerinden \u0130talya\u2019ya ula\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENERJ\u0130 \u0130HT\u0130SAS END\u00dcSTR\u0130 B\u00d6LGES\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tar\u0131msal ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lamayacak nitelikteki 6 bin hektarda 3.000 MW kapasiteye sahip alan Karap\u0131nar Enerji \u0130htisas End\u00fcstri B\u00f6lgesi ilan edilirken, bu y\u0131l sonuna kadar yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara yer tahsisi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. 1.200 MW\u2019l\u0131k kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcyle 4. b\u00fcy\u00fck baraj ve HES\u2019i olacak Il\u0131su Santrali ile y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama 4,12 milyar Kw\/s enerji \u00fcretilecek. Ayr\u0131ca, Artvin Yusufeli Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n da tamamlanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOM\u015eU \u00dcLKELERE T\u0130CARET ARTACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde reform niteli\u011finde d\u00fczenlemelerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7im beyannamesinde yer alan bilgilere g\u00f6re kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerle elektrik ticaretinin de kapasitesi art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.
