En \u00f6nemlisi, hava durumu ve g\u00fcn\u00fcn ayd\u0131nl\u0131k olan saatleri gibi fakt\u00f6rleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye gerek kalmadan 24 saat boyunca enerji toplanabiliyor. \u0130lk olarak 1960\u2019larda ABD\u2019de ortaya at\u0131lan bu fikrin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in 2009\u2019dan bu yana Japonya\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Japon Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan da finanse ediliyor.
