Enerji verimlili\u011fi iyile\u015ftirmelerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi 11 \u00fclke, Avustralya, Danimarka, Finlandiya, Fransa, Almanya, \u0130talya, Japonya, Hollanda, \u0130sve\u00e7, \u0130ngiltere ve ABD idi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">\u0130yile\u015ftirmeler sayesinde yap\u0131lan enerji tasarrufu ise, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa ve \u00c7in d\u0131\u015f\u0131 Asya \u00fclkelerinin toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminden daha fazla oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Amerikan Enerji-Verimli Ekonomi Konseyi verilerine g\u00f6re, elektrik t\u00fcketimini 1 kilovat\/ saat oran\u0131nda azaltman\u0131n maliyeti 2.8 dolar. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Ajans\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Londra\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen bir panelde, Bloomberg New Energy Finance Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Micheal Liebreich, enerji verimlili\u011finin pazar dinamiklerini etkiledi\u011fini dile getirdi. Leibreich\u2019in yorumlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle oldu: \u201cEnerji verimlili\u011fi talebi h\u0131zla art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerdeki pazara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda enerji talebinin sabit veya d\u00fc\u015fmekte oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6te yandan merkezi olmayan enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik talep art\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>Verimli ula\u015f\u0131m\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Enerji verimlili\u011fi konusu sadece binalarda ve ayd\u0131nlatma sistemlerinde de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de \u00e7ok fazla g\u00fcndeme gelmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 tahminlerine g\u00f6re, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya genelinde yak\u0131t harcamalar\u0131 y\u0131lda 40 milyar dolar gerileyerek, 189 milyar dolara inecek. Tabi ki bunun i\u00e7in enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde entegre edilmesi gerekiyor. Bu konuda \u00f6nemli bir giri\u015fim ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay \u0130ngiltere\u2019de g\u00fcndeme geldi ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcz ara\u00e7lar test edildi. Bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7ok say\u0131da kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ile hem trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi hem de karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon finansman\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Finans piyasas\u0131 da son d\u00f6nemde enerji verimlili\u011fi projeleri ile yak\u0131ndan ilgileniyor ve bu y\u00f6nde yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlara \u00f6nemli boyutta kamu finansman\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek vermek gerekirse; 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda Alman Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 KfW enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine 18 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Avrupa Yat\u0131r\u0131m Bankas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi finansman 2.37 milyar dolar oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Fransa\u2019da Caisee Des D\u00e9pots, 511 milyon dolar; \u0130ngiltere\u2019de ise the Green Investment 204 milyon dolarl\u0131k finansmanla enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine destek sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>T\u00fcrkiye, Almanya&#8217;dan 2.5 kat fazla enerji harc\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcnde referans al\u0131nan Amerikan Enerji-Verimli Ekonomi Konseyi\u2019nin 2014 raporuna g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye, enerji verimlili\u011finde d\u00fcnya birincisi Almanya&#8217;dan iki bu\u00e7uk kat fazla enerji harc\u0131yor. \u00dclkelerin, ulusal enerji sarfiyat\u0131, bina, ula\u015f\u0131m ve sanayi harcamalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan puanland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporda, Almanya 65 puanla birinci, \u0130talya 64 puanla ikinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. 16 \u00fclkenin s\u0131raland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji verimlili\u011fi raporunda Meksika 29 puanla sonuncu olurken T\u00fcrkiye ilk 16\u2019ya giremedi. Enerji, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni olarak g\u00f6steriliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her y\u0131l 15 milyar lira civar\u0131nda tasarruf potansiyeli var. Fakat 3 y\u0131lda her y\u0131l 3 milyar liraya kadar tasarruf ediliyor.
