Prof. Dr. \u00d6zdamar, \u201cDalgalar, r\u00fczg\u00e2r taraf\u0131ndan hareketlendirilen deniz y\u00fczeyinin bozulan dengesinin tekrar dengeye gelme iste\u011fiyle olu\u015furlar. Dalga g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc, dalgan\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011fi ve dalga boyu belirler. Dalga enerjisi r\u00fczg\u00e2r, hidrolik, biyomas, g\u00fcne\u015f, gelgit enerjileri gibi yenilenebilir enerjilerdir. Yani t\u00fckenmeyen ve \u00e7evre dostu enerjilerdir. Sakarya Karasu\u2019da prototip tesis kurulmu\u015ftur. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de uygulama yoktur ancak akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrmektedir.
