T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na milli gelirin 3 bin 500 dolar oldu\u011fu 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda, ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik t\u00fcketimi bin 900 kWh olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 10 bin 400 dolar gelire kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 3 bin kWh elektrik t\u00fcketimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130ncelemeye g\u00f6re, ekonomik k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme ya\u015fanan 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrik t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131 da azald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GEL\u0130R ARTIK\u00c7A ELEKTR\u0130K T\u00dcKET\u0130M\u0130 D\u00dcNYADA DA ARTIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gelir artt\u0131k\u00e7a elektrik t\u00fcketiminin artmas\u0131 sadece T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de\u011fil t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ge\u00e7erli bir durum. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelirin bin dolar civar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu Kenya, Nepal, Senegal gibi \u00fclkelerde ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik t\u00fcketimi 200 kWh d\u00fczeylerinde. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelirin 80 bin dolar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Katar ve L\u00fcksemburg\u2019da elektrik t\u00fcketimi de 14 bin kWh\u2019\u0131 a\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, ayn\u0131 ivme ile ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin devam etmesi durumunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 100. kurulu\u015f y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc olan 2023\u2019te, 25 bin dolar ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 olan milli gelire kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, 6 bin kWh y\u0131ll\u0131k ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 elektrik t\u00fcketimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. N\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 230 milyar kWh olan mevcut elektrik t\u00fcketimi 500 milyar kWh\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2023\u2019TE 80 M\u0130LYAR KWH ENERJ\u0130 A\u00c7I\u011eI \u00d6NG\u00d6R\u00dcL\u00dcYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin mevcut enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile y\u0131ll\u0131k 500 milyar kWh elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Hidroelektrik potansiyelinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretime d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ile 92 milyar kWh, termik santral kurulabilecek nitelikte olan linyit sahalar\u0131n\u0131n devreye sokulmas\u0131 ile 33 milyar kWh, r\u00fczgar santrallerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile 55 milyar kWh, jeotermal ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ile 11 milyar kWh \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile toplamda 420 milyar kWh \u00fcretim yap\u0131labilecek. T\u00fcm \u00e7abalara ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023\u2019te 80 milyar kWh\u2019lik bir a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00dcKLEER T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019Y\u0130 DO\u011eAL GAZ \u0130THAL\u0130NDEN KURTARACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023\u2019e kadar \u00f6nlem almamas\u0131 durumunda cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebi olan enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131n daha da artaca\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ediyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 44\u2019\u00fc do\u011fal gaz santrallerinden sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Do\u011fal gaz ile \u00fcretim, enerji maliyetlerini ve enerji fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 oranda y\u00fckselmesine sebep oluyor ve ba\u015fta sanayi olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm kesimleri olumsuz etkiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 80 milyar kWh\u2019l\u0131k elektrik talebini do\u011fal gaz santralleriyle kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 durumunda y\u0131ll\u0131k 7,2 milyar dolar daha fazla do\u011fal gaz ithaline gereksinim duyulaca\u011f\u0131 ifade ediliyor.
