Bu ger\u00e7ekle\u015firse, 1,4 milyon yeni i\u015f yarat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi, karbon sal\u0131mlar\u0131nda da y\u0131ll\u0131k 1,5 milyar tonluk bir azalma olacak. 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda elektrik talebinin %20\u2019sini kar\u015f\u0131layabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de r\u00fczgr end\u00fcstrisinin durumuna ili\u015fkin de a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ifadelere yer veriliyor: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye`de r\u00fczg\u00e2r sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 2007\u2019deki 30 MW\u2019tan, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1800 MW`a \u00e7\u0131karak h\u0131zl\u0131 bir ilerleme kaydetti. T\u00fcrkiye`de toplam r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi potansiyeli 47 GW ve bu potansiyel \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da r\u00fczg\u00e2r pazar\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir ilerlemeye olanak tan\u0131yor. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kurulu r\u00fczg\u00e2r kapasitesinin y\u0131lda 500 ila 1000 MW b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek 5 GW`\u0131 a\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. H\u00fck\u00fcmet 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kurulu r\u00fczg\u00e2r g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 20 GW`a kadar \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye`de r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisindeki geli\u015fmelerin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel karma\u015f\u0131k ve b\u00fcrokratik idari s\u00fcre\u00e7ler. Yeni yerel mevzuatlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ile ilgili durumun daha net hale gelmesi ve bu konu netlik kazand\u0131ktan sonra 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrecin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye`de r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi toplam elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %20`sini rahatl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131layabilir ve \u015febekede yap\u0131lacak iyile\u015ftirmelerle bu daha bile fazla olabilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Greenpeace Akdeniz \u0130klim ve Enerji Kampanyas\u0131 Sorumlusu P\u0131nar Akso\u011fan, konuyla ilgili olarak \u201cRaporda da belirtildi\u011fi gibi, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin bundan sonra belirleyece\u011fi politikalar ve idari d\u00fczenlemelerle, sahip oldu\u011fumuz r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi potansiyeli T\u00fcrkiye`nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %20`sini kar\u015f\u0131layabiliyor. Yerel yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z bu kadar zenginken, H\u00fck\u00fcmet hala T\u00fcrkiye`nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n sadece %4`\u00fcn\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131layacak n\u00fckleer gibi tehlikeli ve pahal\u0131 bir enerji t\u00fcr\u00fc ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr gibi iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni olan enerjiyle vakit kaybediyor.
