D\u00fcnya ham petrol fiyat\u0131n\u0131, i\u00e7erideki t\u00fcketici ise benzin, mazot fiyat\u0131n\u0131 izliyor. Ham petrol kendi kendine benzine, mazota d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fcyor. Ham petrol rafinerilerde i\u015flendikten sonra benzin, mazot oluyor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Akdeniz\u2019de 53, Karadeniz\u2019de 18 rafineri var. Bizde ise, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir (Alia\u011fa), K\u0131r\u0131kkale ve Batman\u2019da (\u015fimdilik) 4 rafineri ham petrol i\u015fliyor. \u0130stanbul (1961) ve\"t\u00fcpra\u015f-ttt-36823783\"<\/a> \u0130zmir (1972) rafinerilerinin ham petrol i\u015fleme kapasitesi 11 milyon ton. K\u0131r\u0131kkale\u2019nin (1986) 5 milyon ton, Batman\u2019\u0131n (1955) 1.1 milyon ton. Rafinerilerin toplam ham petrol i\u015fleme kapasitesi 28.1 milyon ton. Bu 4 rafineriyi de T\u00fcpra\u015f i\u015fletiyor.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcpra\u015f 1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda devlete ait rafinerileri i\u015fletmek i\u00e7in kurulan bir kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fc iken, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme ihalesinde 4.1 milyar dolar teklif veren Ko\u00e7-Shell grubunun y\u00f6netimine ge\u00e7ti. Halen sermayesinin y\u00fczde 49\u2019u Ko\u00e7 Grubu\u2019nun Y\u00fczde 2\u2019si Shell\u2019in. Y\u00fczde 49\u2019u halka a\u00e7\u0131k. T\u00fcpra\u015f y\u00f6netimi sat\u0131n almadan sonra tesisin yenilenmesi ve kapasite art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 9 y\u0131lda toplam 5.2 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n 3 milyar dolarl\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, yeni tamamlanan fuel oil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm tesisi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Talebi Kar\u015f\u0131lamak Zor<\/h2>\n

Petrol\u00fcn \u00f6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re, ham petrol rafineride i\u015flendi\u011finde 100 birim ham petrolden 20-23 birim benzin ve nafta, 30-34 birim motorin ve jet yak\u0131t\u0131, 28-35 birim fuel oil, 3-5 birim LPG (likit gaz) \u00fcretiliyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte bu nedenle, rafinerilerde istenen \u00fcr\u00fcn istendi\u011fi kadar \u00fcretilemiyor. \u0130stenen \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretilirken, istenmeyen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de \u00fcretmek zorunlulu\u011fu var.
\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin benzin t\u00fcketimi 1.9 milyon ton iken T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019\u0131n \u00fcretimi 4.6 milyon ton. Motorin t\u00fcketimi 16.8 milyon ton iken, T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019\u0131n \u00fcretimi 5.6 milyon ton. Fuel oil t\u00fcketimi 1.6 milyon ton iken T\u00fcpra\u015f ham petrol\u00fc i\u015fleyince 2.7 milyon ton fuel oil elde ediliyor. Bunun i\u00e7in baz\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ithalat, baz\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ihracat zorunlulu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u015fte bu \u00fcretim dengesizli\u011fini d\u00fczeltmeye d\u00f6n\u00fck bir yat\u0131r\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Fuel Oil D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6nemli<\/h2>\n

2015 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcretime ge\u00e7ecek fuel oil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm tesisinde, t\u00fcm rafinerilerden gelecek 4.2 milyon ton siyah \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u015flenerek, 2.9 milyon ton motorin, 1.3 milyon ton di\u011fer beyaz \u00fcr\u00fcn ve 700 bin ton petrol kokuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek. B\u00f6ylece \u00fclkenin motorin arz ve talebi aras\u0131ndaki fark azalt\u0131lacak. Yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019a Petkim\u2019den devredilen petrokimya tesisi s\u00f6k\u00fclerek, onun arazisine yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ana m\u00fcteahhidi \u0130spanyol Teknicas Reunidas firmas\u0131.<\/p>\n

Rafinerilerde \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kapasite tam olarak kullan\u0131lam\u0131yor. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de akaryak\u0131t \u00fcr\u00fcnleri toplam talebi 35.5 milyon ton iken, T\u00fcpra\u015f y\u00fczde 79 kapasiteyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 21.2 milyon ton \u00fcretim yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019\u0131n i\u015flemesi i\u00e7in 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 18 milyon ton, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 19.4 milyon ton. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda 18.8 milyon ton ham petrol ithal edildi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyon ton da yerli ham petrol \u00fcretimi var. T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019\u0131n i\u015fledi\u011fi ham petrol bunlar.<\/p>\n
