Elektrik \u00fcretiminde ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bin 900 megavat\u0131 (MW ) ge\u00e7ti.<\/span>\u00a0Deloitte, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santral\u0131na artan talebi, d\u00fcnya genelinde ucuzlayan k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyat\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yor. Santral say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f\u0131n getirebilece\u011fi \u00e7evresel kayg\u0131lar ise endi\u015fe verici.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elektrik \u00fcretiminde ithal k\"yeni-ced-yonetmeligi-termik-santraller-ruzgar-gunes-muafiyet\"\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 2013 sonunda 3 bin 900 megavat\u0131 (MW) ge\u00e7ti. Sadece 2014\u2019\u00fcn ilk yedi ay\u0131nda 950 MW yeni kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7
\ndevreye girdi. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana do\u011falgaz santrallar\u0131na g\u00f6sterilen yat\u0131r\u0131m ilgisinin bir benzerinin son d\u00f6nemde ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131tl\u0131 santrallar i\u00e7in ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlediklerini dile getiren Deloitte T\u00fcrkiye Enerji ve Do\u011fal Kaynaklar\u0131 Lideri Uygar Y\u00f6r\u00fck, \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn Avrupa vazge\u00e7erken biz k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallar\u0131na y\u00f6neliyoruz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nemli bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme bekliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

D\u00fcnyada k\u00f6m\u00fcr y\u00fczde 44\u2019e ula\u015fan pay\u0131 ile elektrik \u00fcretiminde ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. \u00c7evresel etkileri nedeniyle olumsuz alg\u0131lara ra\u011fmen, k\u00f6m\u00fcr global enerji talebini kar\u015f\u0131lamadaki y\u00fcksek pay\u0131n\u0131 koruyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynakl\u0131 elektri\u011fin miktar\u0131 ve toplam \u00fcretimdeki pay\u0131 art\u0131yor. Deloitte T\u00fcrkiye, kalori de\u011feri y\u00fcksek k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn hem d\u00fcnyada, hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc analiz etti. Deloitte T\u00fcrkiye Enerji ve Do\u011fal Kaynaklar End\u00fcstrisi Lideri Uygar Y\u00f6r\u00fck\u2019\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re, d\u00fcnyada k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyatlar\u0131 ton baz\u0131nda 120 dolardan 70 dolara kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bir yandan kaya gaz\u0131n\u0131n ke\u015ffiyle birlikte ABD k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fcnya piyasalar\u0131na arz edilmeye ba\u015flan\u0131rken, Avrupa\u2019da ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck b\u00fcy\u00fcme nedeniyle enerji talebi azald\u0131. Avrupa, k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretiminden vazge\u00e7meye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu geli\u015fmeler ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fcksek elektrik fiyatlar\u0131, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcre olan ilgiyi art\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7evre \u0130\u00e7in Endi\u015fe Verici<\/h3>\n

Rapora g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 2013 sonunda yakla\u015f\u0131k 3.9 GW \u2018\u0131 ge\u00e7ti. Sadece 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 7 ay\u0131nda ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 950 MW yeni kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 devreye girdi. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana do\u011falgaz yak\u0131tl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim santrallar\u0131na g\u00f6sterilen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ilgisinin bir benzeri son d\u00f6nemde ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131tl\u0131 santrallar i\u00e7in ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Faaliyet halindeki 7 santrala kar\u015f\u0131n, toplam ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santral\u0131 proje say\u0131s\u0131 33\u2019e ula\u015f\u0131yor. Faaliyette olan ve proje a\u015famas\u0131ndaki ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallar\u0131n\u0131n toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 30 bin MW. T\u00fcrkiye co\u011frafyas\u0131 incelendi\u011finde, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr projelerine uygun olan hemen hemen her b\u00f6lgede ciddi bir proje yo\u011funlu\u011fu oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Y\u00f6r\u00fck, \u201cBu projelerin baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131\u015ftan elenmelerini beklemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz. Ayr\u0131ca bu denli yo\u011fun k\u00f6m\u00fcr yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n beraberinde getirebilece\u011fi \u00e7evresel kayg\u0131lar ise olduk\u00e7a endi\u015fe verici\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n
