Zengin enerji kaynaklar\u0131na sahip G. Afrika, Birle\u015fik Arap Emirli\u011fi, Brezilya gibi \u00fclkelerde ise ya n\u00fckleer santral var ya da in\u015faat halinde bulunuyor. T\u00fcrkiye y\u0131ll\u0131k 60 milyar dolara yakla\u015fan enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131 ve bu faturaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmenin hesab\u0131n\u0131 yaparken, farkl\u0131 kesimler taraf\u0131ndan n\u00fckleer santrale y\u00f6nelik ele\u015ftiriler devam ediyor. Aralar\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali bulunmayan Birle\u015fik Arap Emirli\u011fi ve Belarus\u2019un da bulundu\u011fu 16 \u00fclkede ise hali haz\u0131rda 72 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn yap\u0131m\u0131 devam ediyor. 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 164 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r planlanmakta. 317 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r ise \u00fclkelerin n\u00fckleer programlar\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatma ve kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlendirmeye y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santrali, 1200 Megavatl\u0131k (MW) d\u00f6rt \u00fcniteden olu\u015facak ve toplam 4800 MW kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olacak.
