OPEC\u2019in yeni d\u00fczende ilgilenmesi gereken tek sorun petrol \u00fcretimi ile ilgili de\u011fil, fiyatlar \u00fczerindeki etkisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in de m\u00fccadele vermesi gerekiyor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Petrol \u0130hra\u00e7 Eden \u00dclkeler Organizasyonu\u2019nun (OPEC) bu ayki toplant\u0131s\u0131nda tek vermesi gereken karar \u2018petrol \u00fcretimini azaltmak\u2019 ile ilgili olmayacak. OPEC ayn\u0131 \"OPEC<\/a>zamanda petrol fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde on y\u0131llard\u0131r sahip oldu\u011fu etkiyi kaybetmemek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmek isteyip istemedi\u011fini de g\u00f6stermek zorunda olacak.<\/p>\n

Societe Generale\u2019e g\u00f6re sert bir \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015fen petrol fiyatlar\u0131ndan k\u00f6t\u00fc etkilenen OPEC \u00fcretimi azaltarak piyasa hakimiyetini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilir. Ancak bu hamlenin bir ba\u015fka sonucu da ABD\u2019deki kaya gaz\u0131 \u00fcreticilerine piyasa pay\u0131 vermek olacakt\u0131r. Goldman Sachs\u2019a g\u00f6re ise bu durumun alternatifi olarak kaya gaz\u0131 \u00fcreticilerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyatlardan k\u00f6t\u00fc etkilenip etkilenmeyecekleri s\u0131nanacak olursa, petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n hakimiyeti Teksas ve Kuzey Dakota\u2019daki \u00fcreticilere ge\u00e7ecek ve bu yeni bir d\u00fczene yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n

Ekvator, Venezuela ve Libya bu gidi\u015fat\u0131 durdurma \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundular.
