Otomasyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerinde IEC standartlar\u0131 ve CE y\u00f6nergelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u201cMachine directive\u201dlerini dikkate ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Andritz Hydro T\u00fcrkiye \u015eirket M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Wolfgang Hofmann, m\u00fc\u015fteriye \u00f6zel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler de geli\u015ftirebildiklerini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Basit bir ampul de\u011fi\u015fiminin bile enerji verimlili\u011fine b\u00fcy\u00fck bir katk\u0131 sundu\u011funu belirten Hofmann, bu alanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki hidroelektrik santralleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir potansiyel bulundu\u011funu kaydediyor. Eski termik ve hidroelektrik santrallerindeki rehabilitasyon ve modernle\u015fme ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n had safhada oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Hofmann, \u201cKeban, Karakaya, Atat\u00fcrk gibi eski HES\u2019lerin modernize edilmesi ile ek bir yat\u0131r\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmadan 500 MW\u2019l\u0131k ilave bir kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 elde edilebilir. Bu modernize edilmi\u015f HES\u2019lerin \u015febeke stabilasyonuna da azami katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u015fikard\u0131r\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1 MW\u2019dan 800 MW\u2019a kadar uzanan \u00fcr\u00fcn yelpazesi <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnyada kabul g\u00f6ren ve g\u00fcven yaratan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleriyle yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm orta\u011f\u0131 olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Andritz Hydro\u2019nun HES projelerine y\u00f6nelik sundu\u011fu hizmetlerden s\u00f6z eder misiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merkezi Avusturya\u2019da bulunan Andritz Hydro Grubu, t\u00fcrbin \u00fcretiminde 170, elektrik ekipmanlar\u0131 konusunda ise 120 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n tecr\u00fcbesi, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 16 bin 700\u2019den fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, 4,6 milyar Euro\u2019nun \u00fczerindeki cirosu ile enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na anahtar teslim \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunuyor. 1 MW\u2019dan 800 MW\u2019a kadar uzanan \u00fcr\u00fcn yelpazesiyle HES yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ihtiyac\u0131na cevap verebilen Grubumuz, HES projelerinde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere t\u00fcrbin, jenerat\u00f6r, giri\u015f vanas\u0131, kontrol, koruma, otomasyon, cebri boru ve kapaklar da dahil bir\u00e7ok ekipman\u0131n \u00fcretimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda eski HES\u2019lerin rehabilitasyon ve modernizasyon i\u015fleri ile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck HES santrallar\u0131n (1-30 MW) \u00f6nde gelen tedarik\u00e7isi ve hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H<\/strong><strong>ES yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda maksimum enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in nas\u0131l bir teknolojisi uyguluyorsunuz? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Andritz olarak Avusturya, \u0130svi\u00e7re, Kanada, Finlandiya ve Brezilya\u2019daki hidrolik laboratuvarlar\u0131m\u0131z ve model test laboratuvarlar\u0131m\u0131z, CFD (Computerize ak\u0131\u015f dinami\u011fi) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ile teknoloji alal\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek verimin al\u0131nabilmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. HES projelerinde enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen bir ka\u00e7 firmas\u0131ndan biriyiz. D\u00fcnya\u2019da yeni geli\u015ftirilmekte olan (Tidal Wave) med-cezir\u2019den elektrik \u00fcretimi konusunda en b\u00fcy\u00fck deniz alt\u0131 enerjisini elektri\u011fe \u00e7eviren Sihwa (Kore) projesini ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz s\u00fcre\u00e7te devreye ald\u0131k (260 MW, 10 \u00dcnite). Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye bo\u011fazlar\u0131ndaki ak\u0131nt\u0131lardan elektrik enerjisi elde edilmesi konusunda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Baz\u0131 mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu alanda 450 MW\u2019l\u0131k bir kapasite oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<strong>Ar\u0131zada minimum d\u00fczey <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>HES projeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli unsurlardan biri olan otomasyon konusunda ne t\u00fcr \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunuyor ve m\u00fc\u015fterilerinize ne t\u00fcr avantajlar sa\u011fl\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otomasyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri alan\u0131nda \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir \u00fcr\u00fcn gam\u0131na sahibiz. M\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin talepleri do\u011frultusunda en uygun ve kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri sunuyoruz. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sistemler aras\u0131nda g\u00fcvenilirlik ve s\u00fcreklilik (ar\u0131za say\u0131s\u0131nda minimum d\u00fczey) ilkelerini benimseyerek ve bu do\u011frultuda opsiyonel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sanabiliyoruz. Otomasyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerimizde, IEC standartlar\u0131, CE y\u00f6nergelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 2006\u2019da Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan sunulan ve 2009 da yasala\u015fan \u201cMachine directive\u201dlerini dikkate al\u0131yoruz. Bu yasaya istinaden otomasyon taraf\u0131nda tirb\u00fcn, jenerat\u00f6r ve BOP (balance of plant) ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak risk analizleri yap\u0131yor ve sistemin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli fonksiyonel ekipmanlar kullan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, haberle\u015fme topolojimizde oldu\u011fu gibi ring (halka) haberle\u015fme a\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm sistemler aras\u0131nda kurulmakta ve bu ring a\u011f\u0131 redundant yap\u0131labiliyor. Bu a\u011f \u015fekli cihazlara eri\u015fimi farkl\u0131 g\u00fczergahlar\u0131 izleyerek yapabildi\u011finden, sistemin g\u00fcvenirli\u011fini ve haberle\u015fme s\u00fcreklili\u011fini maksimum seviyelerde tutuyor. \u00dcretmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz SCADA Sistemi (SCALA 250) yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 dili m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131 program\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00f6rse ekranl isimlerini otomatik olarak destekliyor ve hidroelektrik santrallerde kullan\u0131lan belli ba\u015fl\u0131 baz ve profesyonel resimleri ve fonksiyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. M\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin istekleri do\u011frultusunda redundant, uzaktan kontrol ve\/veya izleme fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 gibi geni\u015f \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm gam\u0131 sunabiliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcnyemizde bulunan teknik departman\u0131 sayesinde anahtar teslim elektromekanik ekipman temini, montaj\u0131, kontrol ve izlemeyi tekbir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda yapabiliyor, ayr\u0131ca santrallerde devreye al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra meydana gelebilecek ar\u0131zalara uzaktan m\u00fcdahale etme ve\/veya direkt sahada 1-2 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde m\u00fcdahale etme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 da m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize sunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji devlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm orta\u011f\u0131 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hidroelektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn halihaz\u0131rda yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 GW oldu\u011funu belirten Andritz Hydro T\u00fcrkiye \u015eirket M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Wolfgang Hofmann, bunun 13,66 GW\u2019l\u0131k t\u00fcrbin aksam\u0131 ile 5,7 GW\u2019l\u0131k generat\u00f6r ve elektrik aksam\u0131n\u0131n kendileri taraf\u0131ndan temin edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Bu alanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de pazar lideri olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Hofmann, \u201cHali haz\u0131rda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de in\u015fas\u0131 devam eden 27 adet k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck HES projemiz bulunuyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Boyabat, Tatar, Pembelik, \u00c7etin, Ayval\u0131 gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck HES projeleri ile Beyhan 1 t\u00fcrbinlerinin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz.
