Anadolu Ajans\u0131\u2019na a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Topba\u015f, \u0130GDA\u015e hisselerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecini kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanacak ihale ilan\u0131 ile ba\u015flatacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.\"igdasin-ozellestirilmesi-sureci-basliyor\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Topba\u015f, alan\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en de\u011ferli \u015firketlerinden biri olan \u0130GDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesi ile ilgili ihaleye yerli ve yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ilgisinin y\u00fcksek olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ettiklerini de s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye do\u011falgaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki serbestle\u015fmenin son ve en \u00f6nemli par\u00e7as\u0131 olan \u0130GDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme takvimi hedefi do\u011frultusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 dan\u0131\u015fman kurulu\u015flar Citigroup ve Burgan Yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tarifeler EPDK onay\u0131na ve denetimine tabi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u0130GDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesinin do\u011falgaz \u00fccretlerinde art\u0131\u015fa yol a\u00e7mayaca\u011f\u0131, ihaleyi kazanan \u015firketin bu nedenle serbest \u015fekilde tarife belirleyemeyece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

\u0130GDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilme s\u00fcrecinde personelin ilgili mevzuattan ve i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinden do\u011fan haklar\u0131n\u0131n baki olaca\u011f\u0131 ve ihale \u015fartnamesinde de yer verilmek suretiyle korunaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
