Bu sebeple do\u011falgaz b\u00f6lgesel bir enerji olma e\u011filiminde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #3c3c3c;\">Yaz\u0131s\u0131ndea petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya genelinde belli bir standart do\u011frultusunda fiyatland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Arezki, do\u011falgaz\u0131n borular a\u011f\u0131yla d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerine ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya genelinde heterojen bir fiyatlamaya sebep olaca\u011f\u0131na de\u011finiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #3c3c3c;\">Amerika\u2019n\u0131n kaya gaz\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmas\u0131 ve petrole yeni bir alternatif \u00fcretmeyi hedeflemesinin ard\u0131ndan kaya gaz\u0131n\u0131n global enerji piyasas\u0131nda \u00fcstlenece\u011fi rol tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Amerika\u2019n\u0131n petrol ithalat\u0131nda azalmalar g\u00f6zlendi. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda 412 milyar dolar petrol ithalat\u0131 yapan Amerika\u2019n\u0131n 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 ithalat\u0131 225 milyar dolara geriledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #3c3c3c;\">Di\u011fer yandan ABD\u2019de gaz arz\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sebebiyle do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131 son y\u0131llarda y\u00fczde 70 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.D\u00fcnyada da do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131n s\u00f6yledi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Ancak do\u011falgaz transfer maliyetlerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde farkl\u0131 fiyatlara sahip. Arezki\u2019nin verdi\u011fi fiyatlara g\u00f6re bir do\u011falgaz\u0131n birim fiyat\u0131 \u0130ngiltere\u2019de 4 dolarken, Avrupa\u2019da 10 dolara, Asya\u2019da 17 dolara sat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #3c3c3c;\">Amerika\u2019da do\u011falgaz\u0131n ucuz olmas\u0131 sebebiyle Amerika\u2019n\u0131n sanayi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcretiminde maliyet azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Arezki, kaya gaz\u0131 arz\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 sebebiyle ABD sanayi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ihracat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 6 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tahmin edildi\u011fini vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #3c3c3c;\">Ukrayna ve Rusya aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan krizin Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirten Arezki, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Ukrayna\u2019ya yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulamak \u00fczere do\u011falgaz ihrac\u0131n\u0131 kesmesi durumunda Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n bu durumdan do\u011frudan etkilenece\u011fini belirtti.
