OECD olmayan \u00fclkelerde sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda %45\u2019iken g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde %60 oran\u0131na \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7in k\u00fcresel sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131mda art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 en fazla olan \u00fclke olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ekonomisindeki enerji yo\u011funluklu geli\u015fmeler ve yenilenebilir enerjiye yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ile son on y\u0131lda az sal\u0131m yapan \u00fclkelerden biri haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>ABD k\u00f6m\u00fcrden gaz \u00fcretme metodunu yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rarak sera gaz\u0131\u00a0emisyonlar\u0131nda 200 Milyon ton azalt\u0131m sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f ve 1990 y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki seviyelerine \u00e7ekmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da sanayi ve enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ekonomik daralma sonucu50 Milyon tonluk sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Japonya\u2019n\u0131n ise n\u00fckleer enerji yerine fosil yak\u0131tlardan faydalanmas\u0131 neticesinde enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile emisyonlar\u0131 dengeleme \u00e7abalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen 70 Milyon tonluk sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak; \u00dclkelerin sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 azaltma politikalar\u0131 ve \u00e7abalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 4 Gt art\u0131\u015f olacak ve hala k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 2\u00b0C ile s\u0131n\u0131rlama hedefine ula\u015famama riski devam edecektir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 2\u00b0C de s\u0131n\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in k\u00fcresel olarak izlenmesi gereken baz\u0131\u00a0\u00f6nemli enerji politikalar\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Enerji verimlili\u011fi ile % 49 daha az sera gaz\u0131 emisyon sal\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck verimli termik santralarda rehabilitasyon yap\u0131larak veya s\u0131n\u0131rlama getirilerek % 21 daha az sera gaz\u0131 emisyon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Petrol ve gaz \u00fcretimleri s\u00fcrecinde CH4 gaz\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ile % 18 daha az sera gaz\u0131 emisyon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Fosil ve fuel-oil t\u00fcketimindeki te\u015fviklerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile %12 lik daha az sera gaz\u0131 emisyon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Murat Hardala\u00e7<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bu makale E\u0130GM Haziran\u00a02014 raporunda yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kaynak: Enerji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
