Endeks sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, 14 Temmuz- 23 A\u011fustos 2014 tarihleri aras\u0131nda, TMME ortak giri\u015fim kurucular\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Kalite Derne\u011fi ve KA Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Limited taraf\u0131ndan 29 markan\u0131n ve di\u011fer kategorilerinin m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti verilerinin, ACSI\/Fornell Modeli ile \u00f6zel olarak analizinden elde edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 MEMNUN\u0130YET\u0130 ABD\u2019DEN Y\u00dcKSEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r geneline bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki akaryak\u0131t istasyonlar\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin Amerika\u2019daki akaryak\u0131t istasyonlar\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerinden 2 puan daha y\u00fcksek memnuniyet d\u00fczeyine sahip olduklar\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz iki y\u0131l boyunca 77 puanda seyreden akaryak\u0131t istasyonlar\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye M\u00fc\u015fteri Memnuniyeti Endeksi 2\u2019nci \u00e7eyrek sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re dengeli seyrine devam ederek m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti d\u00fczeyini 77 puanda tuttu.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fmi\u015f ve geli\u015fmekte olan 20\u2019yi a\u015fk\u0131n \u00fclkede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ulusal m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti endekslerinin T\u00fcrkiye uygulamas\u0131 olan TMME, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri de\u011fi\u015fik sekt\u00f6rleri ve bu sekt\u00f6rlerdeki kurumlar\u0131 kapsayacak \u015fekilde, her \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
