Yakla\u015f\u0131k 19 milyon binadan, sadece yal\u0131t\u0131mla 8 milyar dolar tasarruf edebiliriz. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 yap\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda konutlarda y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye varan \u0131s\u0131 kay\u0131plar\u0131 olu\u015fuyor. Avrupa ve di\u011fer geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde oldu\u011fu gibi enerji verimlili\u011fi ve \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik edici ama\u00e7la vergi kanununda yasal d\u00fczenleme acilen yap\u0131lmal\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ve Enerji Kimlik Belgesinin 2017 sonuna kadar da mevcut binalarda zorunlu oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan \u00d6zdemir, Enerji Kimlik Belgesi i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli ko\u015fulun ise \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u00d6zdemir \u201c Enerji tasarrufu denilince akla ilk gelen \u00f6nlemlerden biri, bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131. Bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131; \u0131s\u0131, su, ses ve yang\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 olarak d\u00f6rt farkl\u0131 \u015fekilde uygulan\u0131yor. Enerji tasarrufunu sa\u011flayan ise \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcketime sunulan enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te biri binalarda kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.
