Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 12 Eyl\u00fcl 2014 tarihinde ge\u00e7ici kabul\u00fc yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve santral mevzuata uygun olarak 24:00 itibar\u0131yla ticari enerji \u00fcretimine ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olup 29 A\u011fustos 2014 tarihinde ge\u00e7ici kabul\u00fc yap\u0131lan toplam 10,08 MW kurulu g\u00fcce sahip 2 \u00fcnitesi ile birlikte s\u00f6z konusu santralin tamam\u0131 devreye girmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca 15,12 MW kurulu g\u00fcce sahip DO\u011eAN\u00c7AY HES 1 projesinin de 12 Eyl\u00fcl 2014 tarihinde ge\u00e7ici kabul\u00fc yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
