H\u00fck\u00fcmet program\u0131nda en az 3 bin megavatl\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f santrali i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131 ve Konya&#8217;ya d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralini kurulaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ise, beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131layan projelerden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7eklilere 500 bin, orta \u00f6l\u00e7eklilere 1 milyon, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7eklilere de 2.5 milyon liraya kadar destek verece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Bu t\u00fcr hedef ve destekler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir kald\u0131ra\u00e7 olacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye art\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015fin \u00f6nemini kavramaya, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011ferlendirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. G\u00fcne\u015f\u2019in \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcnde yaym\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu enerji, d\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm petrol, do\u011falgaz, k\u00f6m\u00fcr vb. yak\u0131ta e\u015fde\u011ferdir. WWF G\u00fcne\u015f Atlas\u0131, toplam 790 km\u00b2\u2019lik bir alana yay\u0131lacak g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u015fu andaki elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131laman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu ortaya koymu\u015ftur. N\u00fcfus ve ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen elektrik t\u00fcketiminin artaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi teknolojisine dair en \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 tahminler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bile, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam alan\u0131n\u0131n on binde 25\u2019inden daha dar bir alan\u0131n (y\u00fczde 0,21) di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle ile 1.600 km\u00b2\u2019lik bir alan\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle kaplamak yeterli olmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye g\u00fcne\u015ften \u0131s\u0131 enerjisi \u00fcretiminde d\u00fcnya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn son y\u0131llarda \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Bayraktar, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin, g\u00fcne\u015ften s\u0131cak su \u0131s\u0131tma konusunda kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyada \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada bulundu\u011funu ve g\u00fcne\u015ften 10 bin MW \u0131s\u0131 enerjisinin \u00fcretilmekte oldu\u011funu belirtti. Sekt\u00f6rdeki hem g\u00fcne\u015f kollekt\u00f6r\u00fc hem de Fotovoltaik (FV) mod\u00fcl \u00fcretici say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Bayraktar, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de y\u0131ll\u0131k 1,6 milyon m<sup>2<\/sup> \u2018yi a\u015fan \u00fcretimi ile 90\u2019dan fazla \u00fcretici, 800\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n sat\u0131c\u0131 ve 3000\u2019i a\u015fan montajc\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Bayraktar, yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrmekte olanlarla birlikte FV Mod\u00fcl \u00fcreticisi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise 20\u2019yi ve kurulu \u00fcretim kapasitesinin 500 MW\u2019\u0131 a\u015faca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u00dcretim kapasitesinde bu kadar ilerlemi\u015fken g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda katedilecek daha \u00e7ok mesafe oldu\u011funu kaydeden Bayraktar \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlmanya\u2019da 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretilen enerjinin y\u00fczde 24\u2019\u00fc yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan geldi ve \u00fcretilen ye\u015fil elektri\u011fin y\u00fczde 5\u2019i de fotovoltaikten elde edildi. Benzer \u015fekilde D\u00fcnya\u2019da ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 137 teravatsaatlik elektrik \u00fcretilen g\u00fcne\u015fin yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131, bir \u00f6nceki seneye g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 29 artarak 2,7&#8217;ye y\u00fckseldi. \u00dclkemiz g\u00fcne\u015flenme ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu kadar zenginken, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en az 3 misli g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na ve y\u0131ll\u0131k 7,2 saat g\u00fcne\u015flenme s\u00fcresine sahipken, Almanya gibi Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n kuzey \u00fclkelerinde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 300 kat\u0131 fazla.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cG\u00fcne\u015ften yararlanarak, enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 azaltabiliriz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin \u00e7evresel, ekonomik ve jeopolitik a\u00e7\u0131lardan \u00e7ok etkin bir kaynak oldu\u011funu belirten Bayraktar, h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ekonomi olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji talebinin 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ikiye katlanmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fu, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin maliyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan rekabet\u00e7i se\u00e7enek oldu\u011funu kaydeden Bayraktar, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye, g\u00fcvenli, temiz, uygun maliyetli ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji sistemine ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in her \u015feye sahip. G\u00fcne\u015f T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yeni f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 a\u00e7abilir ve daha \u00e7ok zenginle\u015fmesini sa\u011flayabilir. T\u00fcrkiye, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden en fazla etkilenecek \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tar\u0131m arazileri ve su kaynaklar\u0131 \u015fimdiden bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda. Ayr\u0131ca ekonomik kalk\u0131nma, tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim ve turizm alanlar\u0131nda \u00fclkeyi daha b\u00fcy\u00fck riskler bekliyor. Al\u0131\u015fagelmi\u015f enerji kaynaklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan fakir say\u0131labilecek bir \u00fclkeyiz. Cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kalemini de enerji ithalat\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenle g\u00fcne\u015f ve di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha etkin kullanmam\u0131z daha da \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisini daha fazla kullanarak yarat\u0131lacak katma de\u011fer ve art\u0131r\u0131lacak istihdam yan\u0131nda enerji ithalat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltabiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00dcNDER HAKKINDA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Uluslararas\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Toplulu\u011fu \u2013 T\u00fcrkiye B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc (G\u00dcNDER), Uluslararas\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Toplulu\u011fu\u2019nun (International Solar Energy Society \u2013 ISES) T\u00fcrkiye B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olarak, 3335 say\u0131l\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 niteliklerdeki te\u015fekk\u00fcllerin kurulmas\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki Kanunun 1. Maddesine g\u00f6re, Bakanlar Kurulunun 10 \u015eubat 1992 tarih ve 92\/2752 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile temsile yetkilendirilmi\u015ftir. <strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA)<\/strong> ve G\u00f6rev Birimleri\u2019nde (<\/em><strong><em>IEA-SHC ve IEA-PVPS<\/em><\/strong><em>) T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetini temsil etmek \u00fczere de atanm\u0131\u015f olan G\u00dcNDER, \u00fcyesi oldu\u011fu <\/em><strong><em>TOBB \u0130klimlendirme Meclisi<\/em><\/strong><em>, <\/em><strong><em>Avrupa Fotovoltaik Sanayi Birli\u011fi (EPIA) <\/em><\/strong><em>ve<\/em><strong><em> Avrupa G\u00fcne\u015f Is\u0131l Sanayi Federasyonu (ESTIF) <\/em><\/strong><em>\u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile de uyumlu i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken; hem toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerini etkin bir \u015fekilde bilin\u00e7lendirmek ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak, hem de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in oto kontrol mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 da kurgulayarak \u00fcretimden uygulamaya t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde haks\u0131z rekabeti \u00f6nleyici, kaliteyi art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sanayinin geli\u015fiminde rol oynamak i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tasarlamakta, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sanayimizin t\u00fcm taraflar\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcnde uygulamaya ge\u00e7irmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>G\u00dcNDER; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemlerinin \u00fcretimi ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaktad\u0131r.
