S\u00f6z konusu hatlar yol ko\u015fullar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak belirlenmi\u015f, yak\u0131n zaman i\u00e7erisinde test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015fleri ba\u015flayacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJEN\u0130N HEDEFLER\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek olan proje ile; Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma sistemlerinde yak\u0131t \u2013 egzoz etkile\u015fimleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi art\u0131\u015f\u0131, egzoz sistemi ve filtrelerin bak\u0131m-onar\u0131m-temizlik uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir sistemin geli\u015ftirilmesi, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma uygulamalar\u0131nda egzoz sistem kirlili\u011finden kaynaklanan ek yak\u0131t sarfiyat\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sebep oldu\u011fu zararl\u0131 egzoz emisyon de\u011ferlerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, toplu ta\u015f\u0131mada kullan\u0131lan enerjinin (yak\u0131t) daha etkin ve daha verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, egzozdaki kirli filtrelerin sebep oldu\u011fu fazla enerji t\u00fcketiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, egzoz ve yak\u0131t aras\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fi ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n saptanmas\u0131 ve ideal ko\u015fullar\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131, mevcut enerjinin ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO), Amerika \u00c7evre \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (EPA) ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi Egzoz Normlar\u0131n\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ve yo\u011fun trafikten kaynaklanan hava, su ve \u00e7evre kirliliklerinin \u00f6nlenmesi, fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7evre kirliliklerinin neden oldu\u011fu hastal\u0131k ve olumsuz psikolojik etkilerde azal\u0131\u015f, egzoz emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k giderlerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve daha temiz, \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 bir toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAL\u0130TES\u0130Z YAKIT KULLANIMI F\u0130LTRE TEM\u0130ZL\u0130\u011e\u0130N\u0130 \u00d6NEML\u0130 KILIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projeyle ilgili detaylar\u0131 aktaran Metalurji ve Malzeme M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi ve ATUM M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof.Dr. C\u00fcneyt Arslan \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cN\u00fcfus bak\u0131m\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en kalabal\u0131k ili olan \u0130stanbul\u2019da trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131yor. Bu art\u0131\u015f ula\u015f\u0131mda birtak\u0131m s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar getirmekle birlikte motorlu ara\u00e7 kaynakl\u0131 egzoz emisyonlar\u0131 do\u011fal \u00e7evreyi olumsuz bir \u015fekilde etkiliyor. Sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in \u015fahsi ara\u00e7lar\u0131 trafikten azaltma planlar\u0131 yap\u0131lmakla birlikte \u0130stanbul\u2019da yasayan insanlar\u0131n toplu tas\u0131ma arac\u0131 kullanmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de birtak\u0131m te\u015fvik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u0130BB \u0130ETT b\u00fcnyesinde bulunan toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu Euro 3, Euro 4 ve Euro 5 standartlar\u0131nda olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u0130stanbul b\u00f6lgesindeki yol ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve yak\u0131t t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yolcu kapasitesi de egzoz sistemleri ve bu sistemlerdeki mevcut standartlar\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiliyor. Egzoz sistemlerindeki mevcut filtrelerin bak\u0131m\u0131 normal \u015fartlarda 150.000-250.000 km aras\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu egzoz filtreleri, g\u00fcn i\u00e7i sefer fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kurum, ya\u011f ve metalik par\u00e7alar taraf\u0131ndan doluyor. Kirlenerek t\u0131kanan filtreler, normal ko\u015fullarda olmas\u0131 gereken egzoz ak\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 engelleyerek arac\u0131n \u00e7eki\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp yak\u0131t sarfiyat\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakta ve filtre performans\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak arac\u0131n sebep oldu\u011fu zararl\u0131 egzoz emisyon oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>EGZOS EM\u0130SYONLARININ SA\u011eLIK A\u00c7ISINDAN ZARARI B\u00dcY\u00dcK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da g\u00fcnl\u00fck toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hizmetini kullanan yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 milyon insandan 1,5 milyon (%30) kadar\u0131n\u0131n otob\u00fcs ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kirlenen filtrelerin temizlenmesinin \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etti\u011fini belirten Prof. Arslan emisyonlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 riskleri ise \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131: \u201c\u00d6zellikle egzoz emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir\u00e7ok olumsuz etkileri bulunuyor. Bu zararl\u0131 etkenlere maruz kalan insanlar beyin, kalp veya akci\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131na yakalanarak erken \u00f6l\u00fcmle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilmekte.
