Bu sayede hem ev ekonominize katk\u0131 sa\u011flars\u0131n\u0131z, hem de at\u0131k miktar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 azalt\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Donmu\u015f de\u011fil, taze g\u0131da t\u00fcketin ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca yerel pazarlar\u0131\/kooperatifleri tercih edin. Donmu\u015f g\u0131dalar i\u00e7in, taze g\u0131dalar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131landan 10 kat daha fazla enerji t\u00fcketilmektedir. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca y\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi, bisiklete binmeyi ya da toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tercih ederek, otomobil kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z s\u00fcreyi azalt\u0131n. \u015eehir i\u00e7inde arabayla gidilen mesafelerin yar\u0131s\u0131 3 km\u2019den k\u0131sa ise, arabay\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131ktan sonraki ilk kilometrede motor \u0131s\u0131nana kadar araba normalden d\u00f6rt kat daha fazla hava kirlili\u011fine sebep olur. Her hafta 170 km daha az otomobil kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda 225 kg daha az karbondioksit \u00fcretirsiniz. Di\u011fer taraftan, y\u00fcr\u00fcmek sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in al\u0131nabilecek en \u00f6nemli \u00f6nlemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. Arac\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 zaman\u0131nda yapt\u0131r\u0131n. Motorlu ta\u015f\u0131t sahiplerinin yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 1\u2019i ara\u00e7 bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenli yapt\u0131rsa, y\u0131lda 450 bin tondan fazla karbondioksitin \u00fcretilmesi engellenebilir. Ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n lastiklerini haftada bir kontrol edin ve uygun \u015fekilde \u015fi\u015fmi\u015f olduklar\u0131ndan emin olun. Uygun lastik bas\u0131nc\u0131 bir depo yak\u0131tla ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z mesafeyi y\u00fczde 3\u2019e kadar art\u0131r\u0131r. Tasarruf edilen her 4 litre benzin, 10 kg karbondioksitin engellenmesi demektir. Yeni bir ta\u015f\u0131t alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda, az yak\u0131t t\u00fcketenleri tercih edin. Daha az yak\u0131tla daha uzun yol gitti\u011finizde, \u00f6nemli oranda karbondioksitin atmosfere sal\u0131m\u0131na engel olursunuz. Bir a\u011fa\u00e7 dikin.
