Kalk\u0131nma Plan\u0131 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan 2014-2018 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 10 bin MW\u2019l\u0131k ilave hidrolik kapasitenin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 hedefleniyor\u201d deniliyor.<\/p>\n<p>TE\u0130A\u015e 2013 y\u0131lsonu verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki toplam HES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 22 bin MW civar\u0131nda. Bu veri ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 10 bin MW\u2019l\u0131k ilave kapasite hedefi, mevcut HES\u2019lerin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar yeni bir HES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<h3>HES KAR\u015eITI G\u00d6R\u00dc\u015eLER<\/h3>\n<p>Raporda, HES kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere de yer verilerek, bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralan\u0131yor: \u201cHES\u2019lerin gerek in\u015faat, gerekse i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda ekolojik dengeye olumsuz etkilerinin oldu\u011fu, \u00f6zellikle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli HES\u2019lerin \u00e7evresel etkilerine k\u0131yasla, toplam enerji \u00fcretimine katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a az oldu\u011fu, HES yap\u0131mlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00c7ED s\u00fcrecinin etkin bir \u015fekilde i\u015flemedi\u011fi ve derelerde b\u0131rak\u0131lacak can suyu miktar\u0131n\u0131n her proje i\u00e7in yeterli gelmedi\u011fi gibi arg\u00fcmanlar s\u00f6z konusudur. \u00d6te yandan, HES planlamalar\u0131 do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, su kaynaklar\u0131ndan ekolojik denge korunarak faydalan\u0131labilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri de mevcuttur.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R\u0130N Y\u00dcZDE 90\u2019I HES<\/h3>\n<p>Raporda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 ithal etti\u011fi petrol ve do\u011falgaza k\u0131yasla HES\u2019lerin daha hesapl\u0131 bir alternatif olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi ifade edilirken, di\u011fer yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 HES\u2019lerin olu\u015fturdu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor.
