Bu sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n 52,2 milyon tonu T\u00c7MB \u00fcyeleri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu miktar 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 47,7 milyon tonu T\u00c7MB \u00fcyeleri olmak \u00fczere yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 milyon ton d\u00fczeyindeydi. \u0130\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flarda T\u00fcrkiye baz\u0131nda , T\u00c7MB \u00fcyeleri baz\u0131nda %9 d\u00fczeyinde art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131. T\u00fcrk \u00e7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, son y\u0131llardaki \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 4. b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcreticisi konumuna ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2012 y\u0131l\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131 sonunda \u00e7imento \u00fcretiminde ge\u00e7en y\u0131la oranla %4,01\u2019lik azalma ya\u015fand\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00fcretilen \u00e7imentonun yakla\u015f\u0131k \u2019s\u0131 ihracat edildi. Yine bu d\u00f6nemde i\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flarda %2,08 ve ihracatta ,16 oranlar\u0131nda daralmalar ya\u015fand\u0131. Sekt\u00f6r, \u00e7ok sert ge\u00e7en k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131ndan sonra toparlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 ancak hen\u00fcz ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n rakamlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u0131ll\u0131k veya ayl\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi verir misiniz? Elektrik ve do\u011falgaz t\u00fcketimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde nas\u0131l bir tablo ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dclkemizin enerji t\u00fcketiminin ancak %25\u2019lik bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yerli kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131zdan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkemizin giderek artan enerji talebini kar\u015f\u0131lamada yerli enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde yetersiz oldu\u011fu bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir. Bu nedenle \u00fclkemiz, bir taraftan yeni enerji kaynaklar\u0131 arama faaliyetlerini yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, bir taraftan da yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi di\u011fer m\u00fcmk\u00fcn potansiyelleri harekete ge\u00e7irme \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7inde. \u00dcretimde d\u00fcnyada 4. Avrupa\u2019da 1., ihracatta da ilk 3 aras\u0131nda yer alan T\u00fcrk \u00e7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fc; enerjiyi yo\u011fun kullanan sekt\u00f6rlerden birisidir. T\u00fcrk \u00e7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde halihaz\u0131rda 48\u2019i entegre tesis, 19\u2019\u00fc \u00f6\u011f\u00fctme ve paketleme tesisi olmak \u00fczere toplam 67 \u00e7imento \u00fcretim tesisi faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7imento \u00fcretim maliyeti i\u00e7erisinde enerjinin pay\u0131 %60-70\u2019ler civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00c7imento sanayii 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 4,6 milyon TEP t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131yla, toplam sanayi enerji t\u00fcketiminden y\u00fczde ,1 pay ald\u0131 ve en \u00e7ok enerji t\u00fcketen ikinci sanayi oldu. Bu durum itibar\u0131yla sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrk \u00e7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, ekonomik olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam ederken \u00e7evresel sorumlulu\u011funun bilincinde olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fc rol oynuyor. Bu kapsamda sekt\u00f6rde enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan s\u00f6z eder misiniz? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en temel politikas\u0131; \u00e7imento t\u00fcketimini azaltmadan \u00e7evre ile ilgili sorunlar\u0131 g\u00f6zeterek ve teknolojinin sundu\u011fu t\u00fcm imkanlar\u0131 kullanarak, \u00fclkemiz ve d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in \u2018S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma \u0130lkelerinin\u2019 hayata ge\u00e7irilmesidir. Sekt\u00f6rde enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik tedbirler bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rden daha \u00f6nce al\u0131nmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu tedbirlerle, emisyonlar\u0131n azalmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, sekt\u00f6rdeki rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn belirleyici unsuru olan \u00fcretim maliyetlerinin de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yordu. \u00c7imento sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar 2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana Elektrik \u0130\u015fleri Et\u00fcd \u0130daresi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, yani \u015fimdiki ad\u0131yla Yenilenebilir Enerji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile birlikte s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Her y\u0131l yap\u0131lan \u201cbenchmarking\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc anla\u015fmalar, verimlilik art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 projeler ve sanayide enerji verimlili\u011fi yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n katk\u0131s\u0131 ile enerji yo\u011funluklar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesine \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 verileri ile tamamlanan \u201cbenchmarking\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucunda; T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7imento M\u00fcstahsilleri Birli\u011fi\u2019ne \u00fcye olan veya olmayan <strong>48 entegre<\/strong> fabrikan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re klinker pi\u015firme \u00f6zg\u00fcl enerji t\u00fcketimi 819 kcal\/kg ve 18 \u00f6\u011f\u00fctme-paketleme tesisinin toplam elektrik \u00f6zg\u00fcl t\u00fcketimi ise <strong>99,5 kWh\/ton\u2019dur<\/strong>. Bu oranlar Avrupa ortalamalar\u0131ndan daha iyi konumda oldu\u011fumuzu g\u00f6steriyor (100 kWh\/ton). <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.enve.com.tr\">Enerji Verimlili\u011fi<\/a><\/strong> Strateji Belgesi kapsam\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar <strong>%7-9 oran\u0131nda tasarruf potansiyeli<\/strong> yarat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
