Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle, her y\u0131l bir bo\u011faz k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc yapacakt\u0131k\u201d dedi.<span id=\"more-66382\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>2023\u00a0Hedefi \u0130\u00e7in\u00a0N\u00fckleer Enerji \u015eart<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk 10 ekonomisinden birisi olarak, 25 bin dolar\u2019l\u0131k ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na milli gelire sahip, 500 milyar Dolar ihracatl\u0131 bir \u00fclke hedefledi\u011fini vurgulayan Prof. Dr. A. Necmeddin Yaz\u0131c\u0131, bu hedefi destekleyecek enerji kaynaklar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 72 oran\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011falgaz\u0131n y\u00fczde 98\u2019ini, petrol\u00fcn y\u00fczde 92\u2019sini, k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn ise y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu ithal etti\u011fini kaydeden Prof. Dr. Yaz\u0131c\u0131, \u201cR\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f ve hidroelektrik gibi yenilenebilir enerji santrallerinin kurulabilece\u011fi alan miktar\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. Enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131yken, elektrik talebimiz y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 7-8 artmaktad\u0131r. Bu talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in ise, kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcze y\u0131ll\u0131k 4000 \u2013 5000 MW ilave yapmam\u0131z gerekmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye, elektrik talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 1.4 milyar n\u00fcfuslu \u00c7in\u2019den sonra ikinci, Avrupa\u2019da ise birinci s\u0131rada yer almaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>Petrol \u00dclkeleri Bile N\u00fckleer Santral Yap\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 13\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc n\u00fckleer enerjiden kar\u015f\u0131larken, bu oran\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u2018O\u2019 oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden Prof. Dr. Necmeddin Yaz\u0131c\u0131, \u201cD\u00fcnya elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n 2010 ile 2035 aras\u0131nda y\u0131lda ortalama 2.2, toplamda ise y\u00fczde 70 artaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. OECD \u00fclkelerinde ise bu rakam\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019i bulaca\u011f\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar n\u00fckleer kaynakl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretiminde kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 y\u00fczde 58 oran\u0131nda artacakt\u0131r. bug\u00fcn, Fransa\u2019n\u0131n n\u00fckleer enerjinin elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 78, Bel\u00e7ika\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczde 54, \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019nin y\u00fczde 54, ABD\u2019nin y\u00fczde 19, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczde 18, Ukrayna\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczde 48\u2019dir\u201d dedi. D\u00fcnya\u2019daki 31 \u00fclkede 437 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u015fletildi\u011fini vurgulayan Prof. Dr. A. Necmeddin Yaz\u0131c\u0131, \u201cN\u00fckleer enerji santraline sahip 31 \u00fclkeden 10\u2019unun n\u00fcfusu \u0130stanbul\u2019dan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olup, petrol ve do\u011falgaz ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131 \u00fclkemizde n\u00fckleer santral yokken, petrol ve do\u011fal gaz zengini G. Afrika, Rusya, ABD, Kanada, Meksika, Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri gibi \u00fclkelerde n\u00fckleer santrallerin bulunmas\u0131 ve kurulma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi anlaml\u0131d\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>7 G\u00fcn\u00a024\u00a0Saat Enerji<\/h3>\n<p>Halen, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 14 \u00fclkesinde 68 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fini vurgulayan TAEK Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu \u00dcyesi ve GA\u00dcN Fizik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Yaz\u0131c\u0131, \u201cABD Mart 2013 itibar\u0131yla 3 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130ngiltere 2025\u2019e kadar n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 8 saha belirledi. Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri bile, 4 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fc 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar i\u015fletmeye almay\u0131 planlamaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerinin 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar program\u0131na d\u00e2hil etti\u011fi n\u00fcler reakt\u00f6r say\u0131s\u0131 ise 317\u2019dir\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. Yenilenebilir enerjinin, n\u00fckleer enerjinin rakibi de\u011fildir tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Prof. Dr. Yaz\u0131c\u0131, \u201cYenilenebilir enerjinin \u00fcretimi iklim \u015fartlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yken, n\u00fckleer enerjinin \u00fcretimi 24 saat, 7 g\u00fcn m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her zaman r\u00fczg\u00e2r esmez, g\u00fcne\u015f \u00e7\u0131kmaz, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ya\u011fmaz. Ama n\u00fckleer santral her zaman \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bak\u0131m d\u00f6nemlerine g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde ise, n\u00fckleer santraller 8000 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, hidroelektrik santrallerden 4000 saat, r\u00fczgardan 3000 saat, g\u00fcne\u015ften ise 2500 saat elektrik \u00fcretmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cAkkuyu \u00c7al\u0131\u015fsayd\u0131 7.2 Milyar Dolar \u00d6demezdik\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerji santralleriyle, yenilenebilir enerji santrallerinin kaplad\u0131klar\u0131 alana g\u00f6re mukayese edildi\u011finde bariz bir fark\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Yaz\u0131c\u0131, \u201cAkkuyu N\u00fckleer Santrali\u2019nin yerine, r\u00fczgar santrali kurulmas\u0131 halinde Yalova\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n r\u00fczg\u00e2r panelleriyle kaplanmas\u0131 gerekir. Hidroelektrik santrali kurulmas\u0131 halinde ise D\u00fczce\u2019nin tamam\u0131n\u0131 su alt\u0131nda b\u0131rakmam\u0131z gerekecektir. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar Akkuyu ve Sinop N\u00fckleer Santralleri i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nabilirse, o zamanki kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu n\u00fckleer santraller olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti. Akkuyu ve Sinop Santrali\u2019nin bug\u00fcn devreye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 halinde, mevcut elektrik ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 33\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Prof. Dr. Yaz\u0131c\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSadece Akkuyu, elektrik \u00fcretimimizin y\u00fczde 17\u2019sini kar\u015f\u0131layacak kapasitede olup, bu iki santralin kurulmas\u0131yla 16 milyar metrek\u00fcp do\u011falgaz ithal etmekten, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u0131lda 7.2 milyar Dolar \u00f6demekten kurtulmu\u015f olacakt\u0131k. Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Enerji Santral \u0130n\u015faat\u0131 en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde 10 bin ki\u015fiye istihdam imkan\u0131 sa\u011flayacak, T\u00fcrk firmalar\u0131 makine, ekipman \u00fcretiminden 8 milyar Dolar gelir elde edebilecektir. E\u011fer bu iki santral \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olsayd\u0131, her y\u0131l bir Bo\u011faz K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc yapacakt\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>1\u00a0Paket Sigarayla 20 Kat Radyasyon<\/h3>\n<p>Radyasyon G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ne g\u00f6re, halk i\u00e7in kabul edilebilir radyasyon doz s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda 1 mSv oldu\u011funu, \u00f6zel durumlarda ise 5 y\u0131l\u0131n ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 5 mSv\u2019ye kadar izin verilebildi\u011fine i\u015faret eden GA\u00dcN Fizik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. A.
