Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n temiz kalmas\u0131yla alakal\u0131 su, g\u00fcne\u015f, jeotermal, r\u00fczgar gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 her \u00fclkenin kendi i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015ftu\u011fu yap\u0131larla beraber gitmektedir&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-T\u00fcrkiye birincil enerji t\u00fcketiminde d\u00fcnyada 21. s\u0131rada-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada ekonomiler globalle\u015firken bir k\u0131s\u0131m politikalar\u0131n ulusalla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Y\u0131ld\u0131z, konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;T\u00fcrkiye birincil enerji t\u00fcketiminde d\u00fcnyada 21. s\u0131rada. Son 10 y\u0131lda \u00fclkemizin idaresine konan iradeyle GSYH 3 kat\u0131na ve enerji talebi hemen hemen 2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar da talebin bir bu kadar daha artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Son 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde yaln\u0131zca do\u011falgazdaki b\u00fcy\u00fcme y\u00fczde 25&#8217;ler civar\u0131nda ve do\u011falgaz talebi 10 milyar metrek\u00fcp civar\u0131nda artm\u0131\u015f oldu. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 230 milyar kilovat enerji t\u00fcketimimiz var ve kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz de yakla\u015f\u0131k 55 bin megavat civar\u0131nda. Bunun 3&#8217;te birinin kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak do\u011falgaz, 3&#8217;te 1&#8217;inin k\u00f6m\u00fcr, 3&#8217;te 1&#8217;inin de hidrolik kaynaklardan oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek geriye kalan y\u00fczde 10&#8217;luk b\u00f6l\u00fcmde de di\u011fer enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. 2 bin megavatlara ula\u015fan r\u00fczgar santrallerimizin hem miktar\u0131n\u0131 hem say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak istiyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Son 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k t\u00fcketim art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ortalama y\u00fczde 8&#8217;ler civar\u0131nda olu\u015funu \u00fclke a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece sevindirici bulduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z, bunun sekt\u00f6r a\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndan da bir o kadar tedbir almaya d\u00f6n\u00fck bir rakam oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Bakan Y\u0131ld\u0131z, &#8221;D\u00fcnyada hidroelektrik enerji t\u00fcketiminde 11 s\u0131rada, jeotermal kapasitesi 12. s\u0131rada ve r\u00fczgar enerji kapasitesi de ilk 16&#8217;da bulunan bir \u00fclke halindeyiz. En fazla k\u00f6m\u00fcrden elektrik \u00fcreten 13. \u00fclke konumunday\u0131z ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr t\u00fcketiminde de 14. s\u0131raday\u0131z&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ekonomisiyle hem kendisine hem de b\u00f6lgesine farkl\u0131 katk\u0131lar koyabilece\u011fini dile getiren Y\u0131ld\u0131z, &#8221;Bat\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fusundaki do\u011fusundaki son \u00fclke ve bizim do\u011fumuzdaki \u00fclkelerin bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki son \u00fclkeyiz. Bunlar\u0131 elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hizmetleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum. Petrol ve do\u011falgazla alakal\u0131 ithal etti\u011fimiz ana enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yerli kaynak haline gelebilmesiyle alakal\u0131 yo\u011fun \u00e7abam\u0131z devam ediyor. Tabi enerji arz\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve bunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale getirmek laz\u0131m. Etkin ve verimli bir \u015fekilde kullanmak, enerji tasarrufu ve enerji verimli\u011fiyle beraber bunu g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilmemiz laz\u0131m&#8221; de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-&#8221;Giderlerimizi azaltmak tabi ki enerji verimlili\u011fi ve tasarrufuyla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn&#8221;-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Devletlerin de \u015firketler gibi bir yandan gelirlerini art\u0131r\u0131rken di\u011fer yandan da giderlerini azaltmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret eden Y\u0131ld\u0131z, &#8221;Giderlerimizi azaltmak tabi ki enerji verimlili\u011fi ve tasarrufuyla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ve bunun finansman\u0131 da o verimlikten elde etti\u011fimiz miktarlard\u0131r&#8221; tespitinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrokarbonlarla alakal\u0131, \u00f6zellikle de do\u011falgaz ve petrolle alakal\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin co\u011frafyas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan avantajlar\u0131n\u0131n boru hatt\u0131 projeleriyle beraber de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini ifade eden Bakan Y\u0131ld\u0131z, hem jeopolitik hem de jeostratejik konumumuzun do\u011fal kaynaklarla alakal\u0131 farkl\u0131 sorumluluklar getirdi\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>AB \u00fcyesi \u00fclkelerin, \u00f6zellikle bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n do\u011falgazdaki problemin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmak ad\u0131na da bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara devam edildi\u011fini kaydeden Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Ayn\u0131 zamanda hemen hemen t\u00fcm kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerimizle elektrik interkoneksiyonu devam etmektedir ve devam da edecektir. Bizim 2010 eyl\u00fcl\u00fcnden bu yana Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n elektrik sistemiyle entegre olmam\u0131z ve uyumlu bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmam\u0131z 1 milyon kilometrelik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve iletim hatt\u0131 olan \u015febekelerimiz i\u00e7in tabi ki iyi bir haberdir. Biz bu yap\u0131y\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fiz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin G\u00fcney Akdeniz&#8217;de ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok organizasyon oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Y\u0131ld\u0131z, &#8221;Bunlardan biri de 8 \u00fclkeyle, M\u0131s\u0131r, Irak, \u00dcrd\u00fcn, Libya, L\u00fcbnan, Filistin ve Suriye ile beraber t\u00fckiyenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiridi\u011fi iletim sistemiyle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r. 600 megavatl\u0131k DC Back-to-Back istasyonuyla beraber bunlar\u0131n ihale a\u015famalar\u0131na gelinmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Akdeniz&#8217;in hem g\u00fcneyini hem kuzeyini ba\u011flayabilecek bir yap\u0131n\u0131n mutlaka geli\u015fece\u011fine ben inan\u0131yorum. TE\u0130A\u015e ayr\u0131ca \u0130talya iletim sistemi i\u015fleticisi ve Cezayir iletim sistemi i\u015fleticisi ile de Akdeniz b\u00f6lgesinde \u00f6zellikle Kuzey Afrika&#8217;ya d\u00f6n\u00fck de o \u00fclkelerin altyap\u0131s\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in de bir mutabakata zapt\u0131n\u0131 imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kuzey Afrika&#8217;daki g\u00fcne\u015ften elde edilecek elektri\u011fin de mutlaka b\u00f6lgede heyecan uyand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 11 y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji projeksiyonu-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel temiz enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn, elektrik enerjisinin \u00fcretiminin ve bunlar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellike ula\u015ft\u0131rma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcyle beraber de\u011ferlendirilmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck fayda oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken Y\u0131ld\u0131z, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji politikas\u0131na ili\u015fkin 11 y\u0131ll\u0131k projeksiyonuna ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 11 y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 bin megavatl\u0131k bir kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 hedefliyoruz. Fuku\u015fima kazas\u0131ndan sonra n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallariyle ilgili baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin farkl\u0131 kararlar\u0131 oldu. Bunlar\u0131 sayg\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz ama b\u00fcy\u00fcyen \u00fclkelerin, geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilmesinin \u00f6nemli alternatif \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm kaynaklar\u0131ndan bir tanesi oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum. Bizlerin \u00e7evreye ra\u011fmen de\u011fil \u00e7evreyle beraber b\u00fct\u00fcn bu geli\u015fmeleri sa\u011flayabiliyor olmamaz\u0131 laz\u0131m ve mutlaka ithal kaynaklar\u0131n da yerli kaynaklar haline gelebilmesiyle alakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 iyi niyetle sonu\u00e7land\u0131rmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Bizim her y\u0131l 5 ila 6 milyar avro civar\u0131nda bir yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor, bu kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7lerin arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flayabilmek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan.
