Bu tesis ile at\u0131klar kontroll\u00fc ve oksijensiz bir reakt\u00f6rde metan gaz\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu gaz \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015flemlerden ge\u00e7irildikten sonra yak\u0131labilir safl\u0131\u011fa ula\u015f\u0131yor. Metan gaz\u0131, kojenarasyon tesisinde yak\u0131larak elektrik enerjisi ve \u0131s\u0131 enerjisi elde ediliyor. Projeylekat\u0131 at\u0131k miktar\u0131 hem azalt\u0131l\u0131yor, hem de \u00e7\u0131kan bu kat\u0131 at\u0131k organik g\u00fcbre de\u011feri ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ak G\u0131da\u2019da yeni ar\u0131tma sistemine ge\u00e7i\u015fle en b\u00fcy\u00fck fabrikas\u0131 olan Pamukova tesislerinde enerji t\u00fcketimi y\u00fczde 50 azald\u0131. G\u00fcncel enerji fiyatlar\u0131yla bu tasarruf y\u0131ll\u0131k 350 bin TL dolay\u0131nda. Ar\u0131tma tesisinden elde edilen biyogaz, ar\u0131tma tesisinin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n 10 kat\u0131ndan fazla elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Yeni sistemden y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 milyon m3 do\u011falgaz harcamas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelecek enerji elde edilerek tasarruf sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ak G\u0131da 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funu y\u00fczde 11 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme konusunda g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck anla\u015fmas\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bu kapsamda enerji tasarrufuna y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok proje \u00fcretildi. Bu projelerden biri olan; \u0131s\u0131 enerjisinden s\u0131cak su \u00fcretimi ve elektrik motorlar\u0131nda verimin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik Ak G\u0131da projesi, Elektrik \u0130\u015fleri Et\u00fct \u0130daresi\u2019nin (E\u0130E\u0130) 2010 Y\u0131l\u0131 Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Proje (VAP) kapsam\u0131nda destek almaya hak kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli proje olarak, Ak G\u0131da Pamukova fabrikas\u0131nda kendi elektri\u011fini do\u011falgazdan \u00fcreten \u201cKojenerasyon Tesisleri\u201d \u00fcretime al\u0131nd\u0131. Elde edilen elektrik, 3 fabrika ve 12 s\u00fct al\u0131m b\u00f6lge ofisinin enerjilerini tamam\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE B\u0130R\u0130NC\u0130S\u0130<\/strong> <\/i><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde verimlili\u011fin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding S\u00fct ve S\u00fct \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Grubu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ali S\u00f6zen, Ak G\u0131da\u2019n\u0131n, anaerobik at\u0131k su ar\u0131tma sistemi projesiyle at\u0131k su kaynakl\u0131 enerji \u00fcretim kapasitesinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de birinci s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Kojenarasyon tesisi, anaerobik ar\u0131tma sistemleri, enerji geri kazan\u0131m sistemleri ile Ak G\u0131da\u2019n\u0131n sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6nc\u00fc uygulamalar\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken S\u00f6zen \u015fu bilgileri verdi: &#8220;Ak G\u0131da, enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan \u00fclkemizin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaya katk\u0131 sa\u011flama ve \u00e7evre kirlili\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde at\u0131k sudan do\u011falgaz e\u015f de\u011feri biyogaz \u00fcretimi gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Ak G\u0131da bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131yla \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda 500 bin a\u011fa\u00e7 dikme etkisi sa\u011flad\u0131. Elde edilen biyogaz ile 3 bin hanenin do\u011falgaz ihtiyac\u0131, enerji tasarruf ile y\u0131ll\u0131k 4 bin hanenin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. Ayr\u0131ca, ar\u0131tma kapasitesi de 50 bin haneli bir \u015fehrin evsel at\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131tabilecek b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte. Ak G\u0131da yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu enerji geri kazan\u0131m ve tasarruf \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 5.901 ton\/y\u0131l, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 5.585 ton\/y\u0131l CO2 emisyonu azaltacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131.
