Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu (EPDK), elektrik faturalar\u0131n\u0131 hesaplama mod\u00fcl\u00fc haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Bu sayede t\u00fcketiciler, kurumun internet sayfas\u0131nda yer alan sorgulama mod\u00fcl\u00fcne faturalar\u0131nda yer alan bilgileri girerek \u00f6demeleri gereken bedelin do\u011fru hesaplan\u0131p hesaplanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulayabilecek.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Elektrik fiyatlar\u0131 her \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir\"epdkdan-tuketiciler-icin-elektrik-faturalarini-hesaplama-modulu\"<\/a> elektrik perakende sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan maliyetlerdeki de\u011fi\u015fimler ve TETA\u015e\u2019\u0131n tarife teklifi de\u011ferlendirilerek EPDK taraf\u0131ndan onaylan\u0131yor. Ard\u0131ndan 21 b\u00f6lgenin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi bu tarfife do\u011frultusunda harcan\u0131lan elektri\u011fe g\u00f6re t\u00fcketiciye fatura kesiyor. Son d\u00f6nemde elektrik faturalar\u0131 ile ilgili gelen yo\u011fun \u015fikayet \u00fczerine Kurum, s\u00f6z konusu \u00e7er\u00e7evede t\u00fcketiciye faturalar\u0131n\u0131 hesaplama imkan\u0131 tan\u0131d\u0131. Hizmet bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi. T\u00fcketiciler bu sayede kesilen faturan\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011funu kontrol edebilirken, elektrik t\u00fcketim saatlerinin yo\u011funlu\u011funa g\u00f6re kendileri i\u00e7in en uygun tarife paketini de hesaplayabilecek.<\/p>\n

EPDK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Y\u0131lmaz, fatura hesaplama mod\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn gecikme zamm\u0131, kesme a\u00e7ma bedeli, b\u00fcy\u00fck t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 a\u015f\u0131m ve reaktif gibi ilave \u00fccretleri i\u00e7ermedi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, t\u00fcketicilerin s\u00f6z konusu ilaveleri, fatura hesaplama mod\u00fcl\u00fc ile hesaplanan tutara ilave ederek, fatura \u00fczerindeki bedeli kontrol etmeleri gerekti\u011fini belirtti. Elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndan kamunun art\u0131k tamam\u0131yla \u00e7ekildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Y\u0131lmaz, yeni d\u00f6nemde t\u00fcketici memnuniyetinin kurum ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
