Ya\u015fanan bir seri patlama sonras\u0131 santralde n\u00fckleer s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131 ve \u00c7ernobil\u2019den sonraki en b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fckleer vaka ya\u015fand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>University of Chicago Fizik Profes\u00f6r\u00fc Robert Rosner, sunumunda neyin yanl\u0131\u015f gitti\u011fini ve ne gibi dersler \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Fukushima\u2019n\u0131n etraf\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7eviren duvar, tsunami dalgas\u0131n\u0131 durdurmay\u0131nca, deniz suyu reakt\u00f6re do\u011fru ilerledi. Acil durumda devreye girmesi gereken jenerat\u00f6rler ise santralle, duvar aras\u0131nda bulunuyordu. Bu y\u00fczden dalgalar \u00f6nce acil durum jenerat\u00f6rlerini vurdu. Jenarat\u00f6r valflerinin suyu ge\u00e7irmesi sonucunda da devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131. Yani acil durumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gereken sistemler, acil durum daha olu\u015fmadan devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Fukushima\u2019da bulunan m\u00fchendisler durumun ciddiyetini anlay\u0131p, reakt\u00f6re deniz suyu basmak istediler. B\u00f6ylece n\u00fckleer tepkimeyi durdurmak ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle santralin fi\u015fini \u00e7ekmek istediler. Ancak santrali i\u015fleten Tokyo Elektrik \u015eirketi TEPCO\u2019nun merkezinde bulunan yetkililer bu fikre kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc santrala tuzlu su bas\u0131lmas\u0131 reakt\u00f6rlerin bir daha kullan\u0131lamaz hale gelmesine neden olacakt\u0131. Durumun \u00f6nemini anlayamayan \u015firket y\u00f6neticileri milyarlarca dolarl\u0131k zarar anlam\u0131na gelecek bu karar\u0131 almay\u0131nca, reakt\u00f6rde daha sonra meydana gelen patlamalar\u0131n da etkisiyle radyasyon s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131. 300 bin ki\u015fi b\u00f6lgeden tahliye edildi.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00fckleer Enerjide \u0130lk G\u00fcvenlik S\u0131nav\u0131: Teknoloji<\/h3>\n<p>Rosner\u2019\u0131n sunumunda, n\u00fckleer santrallerden g\u00fcvenli elektrik enerji elde edilmesi i\u00e7in gereken ilk birle\u015fen do\u011fru teknolojinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi. Santrallerin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, dizayn\u0131n\u0131n ve ekipmanlar\u0131n kusursuz olmas\u0131 kritik bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00fckleer Enerjide \u0130kinci\u00a0G\u00fcvenlik S\u0131nav\u0131: Organizasyon<\/h3>\n<p>Se\u00e7ilen teknoloji yan\u0131nda, bu ekipmanlar\u0131 kullanacak personelin e\u011fitilmesi g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Personelin y\u00fcksek derecede teknolojik bilgiye sahip olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Fukushima\u2019n\u0131n da g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00fczere santralde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, kritik kararlarda m\u00fcdahale yetkisi verilmesi de \u015fart.<\/p>\n<p>Denklemin bir ucunda ise ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetim yer al\u0131yor.
