T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de r\u00fczg\u00e2r, g\u00fcne\u015f ve hidroelektrik santralleri gibi yenilenebilir kaynaklar\u0131n birincil olarak kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Uysal, \u201cAyn\u0131 \u015fekilde uzun y\u0131llardan beri ihmal etti\u011fimiz 12,4 milyar tonunu linyit, 1,33 milyar tonunu ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturan k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 beklemektedir.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;ZAMLARIN ARKASI GELECEK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerjiye yap\u0131lan zamlar\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fini de \u00f6ne s\u00fcren ENVERDER Bursa \u015eubesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Uysal, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: \u201cArtan ihtiya\u00e7lar ve k\u00fcresel kriz etkisi ile birlikte enerjide \u00f6nemli bir ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olan petrol, do\u011falgaz ve muhtelif kaynak talebine kar\u015f\u0131 yerli kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelmek art\u0131k ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale gelmi\u015ftir. Muhtemel enerji zamlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmal\u0131. Enerji verimlili\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yerli potansiyellerimizi kullanarak kaynak \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fimizi art\u0131rmal\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 azaltmal\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;L\u0130NY\u0130T VE TA\u015e K\u00d6M\u00dcR\u00dc REZERVLER\u0130M\u0130Z YETERL\u0130&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin rezerv ve \u00fcretim miktarlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan linyitte d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde orta d\u00fczeyde, ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcnde ise alt d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funu anlatan Uysal, toplam d\u00fcnya linyit rezervinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 1,6&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkemizde bulundu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Linyit kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131l de\u011feri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fundan termik santrallerde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Uysal, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c\u00dclkemizin en \u00f6nemli ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc rezervleri ise Zonguldak ve civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Zonguldak Havzas\u0131&#8217;ndaki toplam ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc rezervi 1,322 milyar ton, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr rezerv ise 519 milyon ton d\u00fczeyinde bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu potansiyeli g\u00f6ren Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 2023 vizyon program\u0131nda yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in program ba\u015flatt\u0131. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde T\u00dcB\u0130TAK, Bilim Teknoloji Y\u00fcksek Kurulu\u2019na sundu\u011fu raporda enerjiyi \u00f6ncelikli geli\u015ftirme alan\u0131 olarak se\u00e7ti ve \u00f6zellikle k\u00f6m\u00fcr teknolojilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lara \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larda gazla\u015ft\u0131rma, piroliz, k\u00f6m\u00fcrden bioyak\u0131t elde edilmesi gibi pek \u00e7ok alanlarda ba\u015fvurular oldu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck enerji \u00fcreticilerinden Fransa ve Almanya\u2019da n\u00fckleer ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn en fazla enerji \u00fcretilen alan olarak g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uysal, \u201cAlman h\u00fck\u00fcmeti k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerine destek verece\u011fine dair a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131yla, elektrik \u00fcretim sanayisinin do\u011falgaza ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemedi\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 300 bin megavatl\u0131k yeni santral devreye almak zorunda olan T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de do\u011falgaza ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir elektrik arz\u0131 en tehlikeli geli\u015fme olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;K\u00d6M\u00dcR ARTIK \u00c7EVREY\u0130 K\u0130RLETM\u0130YOR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6m\u00fcr kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 gruplar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli tezi olan \u2018k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kirli bir kaynak olmas\u0131\u2019 konusunda da a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Uysal, \u201cK\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kendisinin siyah olmas\u0131 sebebiyle uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00e7evreyi kirletici unsurlar\u0131 hep g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne getirildi. H\u00e2lbuki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde herhangi bir termik santralin \u00e7evreyi kirletmeyecek \u00f6nlemleri almas\u0131, ilgili y\u00f6netmelikler ile belirlenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca son y\u0131llarda geli\u015ftirilen teknolojiler ile k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00e7evre dostu enerji elde etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin; gazla\u015ft\u0131rma teknolojisi ile havaya CO2 ve SOx sal\u0131mlar\u0131 bir do\u011falgaz santrali seviyesinde sal\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan k\u00f6m\u00fcrden bioyak\u0131t geli\u015ftirme teknolojileri de art\u0131k bulunmaktad\u0131r.
