OPEC\u2019in alt\u0131 ay \u00f6nceki endi\u015felerinden biri ABD\u2019deki kaya petrol\u00fc \u00fcretiminin \u00e7ok fazla petrol \u00fcretilmesine neden olarak ham petrol piyasas\u0131n\u0131 sarsmas\u0131yd\u0131. Ayn\u0131 delegeler aralar\u0131nda Suudi Arabistan, Kuveyt ve Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri\u2019nin de bulundu\u011fu baz\u0131 bireysel \u00fcyeler daha fazla petrol \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flayabilece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde. Kaybedilen Libya petrol\u00fc k\u00fcresel petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesine neden oldu ki bu OPEC i\u00e7in iyi bir \u015fey. Ancak kartel uzun zamand\u0131r piyasalar\u0131 dengelemek i\u00e7in fazladan \u00fcretimi kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vaadediyor. Bu rakam Libya\u2019n\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131lki petrol \u00fcretimine hemen hemen denk geliyor, \u00fclkenin toplam kapasitesinin ise yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bu y\u0131l\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Libya\u2019dan sa\u011flanan petrol ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 grevler, protestolar ve rakip gruplar aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar nedeniyle aksad\u0131. \u0130syanc\u0131lar \u00e7ok say\u0131da liman\u0131 bloke etmi\u015f durumda. Bat\u0131daki petrol arazileri de protestocular taraf\u0131ndan kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Libya\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck petrol \u00fcretimi 160 bin varil civar\u0131nda seyrediyor.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcresel b\u00fcy\u00fcme tahminleri de y\u00fckseli\u015fte. \u00d6rnek vermek gerekirse IEA, k\u00fcresel b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin beklenenden h\u0131zl\u0131, OPEC d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00fcretimin ise beklenenin alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyor. Ajans verilerine g\u00f6re Ekim 2013\u2032ten bu yana OPEC petrol\u00fcne olan k\u00fcresel talep g\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyon varil y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n
