Al\u0131c\u0131 ortamlara de\u015farj edilen at\u0131ksuyun %77,1\u2019i denize, %18,6\u2019s\u0131 akarsuya, %4,3\u2019\u00fc di\u011fer al\u0131c\u0131 ortamlara de\u015farj edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Toplam at\u0131ksuyun %52,3\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn termik santraller, %32,4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn belediyeler, %11,2\u2019sinin imalat sanayi i\u015fyerleri, %1,6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6yler, %1,7\u2019sinin OSB\u2019ler ve %0,8\u2019inin maden i\u015fletmeleri taraf\u0131ndan de\u015farj edildi\u011fi belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00dcFUSUN %84\u2019\u00dcNE ATIKSU TOPLAMA H\u0130ZMET\u0130 VER\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belediye n\u00fcfusunun %92\u2019sine, k\u00f6y n\u00fcfusunun ise %39\u2019una kanalizasyon \u015febekesi ile hizmet verildi. Belediye n\u00fcfusunun %68\u2019i, k\u00f6y n\u00fcfusunun ise %11\u2019i olmak \u00fczere toplam n\u00fcfusun %59\u2019unun at\u0131ksular\u0131n\u0131n ar\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEHL\u0130KEL\u0130 ATIK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130malat sanayi i\u015fyerleri, termik santraller, organize sanayi b\u00f6lgeleri, maden i\u015fletmeleri ve sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 4,1 milyon tonu tehlikeli olmak \u00fczere 986 milyon ton at\u0131k yarat\u0131ld\u0131. Toplam at\u0131\u011f\u0131n 947 milyon tonunu, tehlikeli at\u0131\u011f\u0131n ise 3,2 milyon tonunu madencilik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden kaynaklanan dekapaj malzemesi ve pasa at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATIK TOPLAMA H\u0130ZMET\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belediyelerin 2894\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn at\u0131k toplama hizmeti verdi\u011fi, 56 belediyede ise at\u0131klar\u0131n toplanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Belediyelerde toplanan 25,8 milyon ton at\u0131\u011f\u0131n, %37,8`i belediye \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fcklerine d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcrken, %60,5\u2019i d\u00fczenli depolama sahalar\u0131 veya kompost tesislerine g\u00f6nderildi ve %1,7\u2019si di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemler ile bertaraf edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPLANAN TIBB\u0130 ATIK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversite hastaneleri ve klinikleri, genel maksatl\u0131 hastaneler ve klinikleri, do\u011fum hastaneleri ve klinikleri ile askeri hastaneler ve kliniklerinde 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 69 bin ton t\u0131bbi at\u0131k topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Toplam t\u0131bbi at\u0131\u011f\u0131n %16,3\u2019\u00fc sterilize edilerek, %1,4\u2019\u00fc sterilize edilmeden belediye \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, %46\u2019s\u0131 sterilize edilerek, %28\u2019i sterilize edilmeden d\u00fczenli depolama sahas\u0131nda, %8,3\u2019\u00fc ise yakma tesisinde bertaraf edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATIK BERTARAF VE GER\u0130 KAZANIM TES\u0130S\u0130 FAAL\u0130YETLER\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lisansl\u0131 veya ge\u00e7ici faaliyet belgeli ve lisans\u0131 olmasa da belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan ya da belediyeler ad\u0131na i\u015fletilen 83\u2019\u00fc at\u0131k bertaraf tesisi ve 589\u2019u geri kazan\u0131m tesisi olmak \u00fczere, toplam 672 tesis 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi. D\u00fczenli depolama tesislerinde 24 milyon ton, yakma tesislerinde 50 bin ton at\u0131k bertaraf edilirken, geri kazan\u0131m tesislerinde 10 milyon ton at\u0131k geri kazan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPLAM \u00c7EVRESEL HARCAMALAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplam \u00e7evresel harcamalar 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 17,6 milyar TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u00c7evresel harcamalar\u0131n %73,1\u2019inin kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, %26,9\u2019unun i\u015f sekt\u00f6r\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi belirlendi.
