Kurulu\u015f y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kutlanaca\u011f\u0131 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda en az %30 d\u00fczeyinde olmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. Bu bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, orta-\u00f6l\u00e7ekli say\u0131sal hava tahmin modeli ve mikro-\u00f6l\u00e7ekli r\u00fczgar ak\u0131\u015f modeli kullan\u0131larak \u00fcretilen r\u00fczgar kaynak bilgilerinin verildi\u011fi R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Potansiyel Atlas\u0131 (REPA) haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyeli 48000 MW olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu potansiyele kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen toplam alan T\u00fcrkiye y\u00fcz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn %1,30&#8217;una denk gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u015febekeye ba\u011fl\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi ile ilk elektrik \u00fcretimi 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve 8,7 MW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ile y\u0131l tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra ikinci yat\u0131r\u0131m olarak 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10,20 MW, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc olarak 2003\u2019te 1,20 MW devreye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1999, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 y\u0131llar\u0131nda herhangi bir yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, 2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren ise bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ivme kazanm\u0131\u015f ve h\u0131z kesmeden devam etmi\u015ftir. 2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerin kayna\u011f\u0131 ise 10.05.2005 tarihinde yay\u0131nlanan 5346 say\u0131l\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n Elektrik Enerjisi \u00dcretimi Ama\u00e7l\u0131 Kullan\u0131m\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Kanun\u2019dur.<\/p>\n<p>Strateji belgesinin yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l olan 2009\u2019un sonunda kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 791,6 MW olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir. 14 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla bu rakam\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmesi iddial\u0131 bir rakam olarak kabul edilmi\u015f olsa bile, T\u00fcrkiye potansiyeli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde asl\u0131nda bu rakam\u0131n r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyelinin yar\u0131s\u0131ndan az bir de\u011feri temsil etti\u011fi rahatl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fru bir yol haritas\u0131 ile bu hedeflere ula\u015f\u0131labilmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar h\u0131z kesmeden devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>2014 Ocak ay\u0131 T\u00dcREB (T\u00fcrkiye R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Birli\u011fi) \u0130statistik Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re i\u015fletmedeki RES\u2019lerin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2958,45 MW, in\u015faat halindeki RES\u2019lerin toplam g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 980,90 MW olarak yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra EPDK\u2019n\u0131n lisans sorgulama sayfas\u0131ndaki verilere g\u00f6re y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan r\u00fczgar lisanslar\u0131n\u0131n toplam elektriksel kapasitesi 9717 MW civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce yay\u0131nlanan Avrupa R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Birli\u011fi&#8217;nin verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin kurulu r\u00fczgar enerjisi kapasitesinin ge\u00e7en y\u0131l y\u00fczde 28 art\u0131\u015fla 3000 MW ula\u015fmas\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye r\u00fczgardan elektrik \u00fcretiminde Hollanda&#8217;y\u0131 geride b\u0131rakarak Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n 10. b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmu\u015ftur. 24-30 Nisan 2015 tarihlerinde de hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda ru\u0308zga\u0302r enerjisine dayal\u0131 bas\u0327vurular\u0131n kabul edilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. De\u011ferler ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn h\u0131zla artmas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in de \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil etmekte ve bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in olanak sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu de\u011ferlerin h\u0131zla artarak \u00f6ncelikli olarak 2023 hedeflerindeki de\u011fer olan 20000 MW\u2019a, daha sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde de t\u00fcm potansiyelin kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi de\u011ferlere ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 isteniyorsa, t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck sorumluluklar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
