Kapasite kullan\u0131m oran\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe paralel olarak toplam ham petrol temininde de ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 4 azalma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Ham petrol ithalat\u0131 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 4,8 azald\u0131. 2013\u2032te rafinerici lisans\u0131 sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan temin edilen ham petrol\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 11\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131 yerli \u00fcretimden kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131, geri kalan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131 \u0130ran, Rusya Federasyonu, Irak, Suudi Arabistan, Kazakistan ve Libya\u2019dan ithal edildi.<\/p>\n<p>2011-2013 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ham petrol ithalat\u0131nda \u0130ran ve Rusya\u2019n\u0131n pay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f e\u011filiminde iken Irak\u2019\u0131n pay\u0131 artt\u0131. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 39\u2019dan y\u00fczde 28\u2019e, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 11\u2019den y\u00fczde 8\u2019e d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc; Irak\u2019\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 19\u2019dan y\u00fczde 32\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rafinerici lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ithalat miktarlar\u0131 incelendi\u011finde, 2012\u2032ye g\u00f6re, 2013\u2032te petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ithalat\u0131nda y\u00fczde 30\u2032luk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f oldu. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde motorin ithalat\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131. Rafinerici lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin motorin ithalat\u0131 y\u0131llar itibar\u0131 ile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f e\u011filiminde bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin 2013\u2032te rafineri lisans\u0131 sahiplerinden piyasaya teslim ama\u00e7l\u0131 temin etti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile ihra\u00e7 etmek \u00fczere temin etti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnler toplam\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 11,4 milyon ton oldu. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin piyasaya teslim edilmek \u00fczere rafinerilerden temin ettikleri \u00fcr\u00fcn miktar\u0131 ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 10,8 milyon ton seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130hra\u00e7 etmek \u00fczere temin edilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 0,7 milyon tonluk \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 60\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 havac\u0131l\u0131k yak\u0131tlar\u0131, y\u00fczde 36\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 ise denizcilik yak\u0131tlar\u0131 temininden olu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,4 milyon ton akaryak\u0131t ticareti ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ticarete konu akaryak\u0131t\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 motorin olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<h2>Motorin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 artt\u0131, benzin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 azald\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>En fazla ithalat yapan ilk 5 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahibi toplam ithalat\u0131n y\u00fczde 83,4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Toplam ithalat miktar\u0131 9,8 milyon tona kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelirken, ithalat\u0131n y\u00fczde 95\u2019i motorin ithalat\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin toplam ithalat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019i Yunanistan, Hindistan, \u0130srail, \u0130talya ve Rusya Federasyonu\u2019ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>2012\u2032ye g\u00f6re Yunanistan\u2019\u0131n ithalattaki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 18,2\u2019den y\u00fczde 24,9\u2019a, \u0130srail\u2019in pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 6,7\u2019den y\u00fczde 14\u2019e, Rusya Federasyonu\u2019nun pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 1,4\u2019ten y\u00fczde 8,5\u2019e y\u00fckseldi, \u0130talya\u2019n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 22,4\u2019ten y\u00fczde 9,3\u2019e d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin toplam ithalat miktar\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 17 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin toplam akaryak\u0131t sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131l bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 5,1 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin motorin sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00fczde 6,9 artt\u0131; benzin t\u00fcrleri sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,3, fuel oil t\u00fcrleri sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00fczde 23 azald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan bayilere teslim edilen akaryak\u0131t miktar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 18,3 milyon ton olurken, bayilere teslim edilen miktar t\u00fcm da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 96\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 lisans\u0131 sahiplerinin bayi ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama akaryak\u0131t teslim miktar\u0131 bin 412,7 ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Serbest kullan\u0131c\u0131lara yap\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131 2012\u2032de 1,08 milyon ton iken 2013\u2032te 0,85 milyon ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
