Hilmi G\u00fcler\u2019in b\u00fcy\u00fck gayretleriyle tamamland\u0131. 122 metre g\u00f6vde y\u00fcksekli\u011fine sahip olan ve enerji \u00fcretimine haz\u0131r hale getirilen barajda 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda su tutma i\u015flemi sonunda bug\u00fcn 910 metre derinli\u011fe ve 3 bin kilometrekare alana ula\u015facak bir g\u00f6l ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h4>Temsan \u0130\u015faret Bekliyor<\/h4>\n<p>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda baraj\u0131n tesliminin yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte enerji \u00fcretim aksamlar\u0131n\u0131n montajlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in TEMSAN devreye girdi. 2.5 y\u0131la yakla\u015fan bir s\u00fcre de enerji \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in trib\u00fcn imalatlar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Zaman zaman aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda son a\u015famaya gelindi. T\u00fcm haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan TEMSAN, test \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flamak i\u00e7in Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri (DS\u0130) M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden i\u015faret bekliyor. DS\u0130, enerji t\u00fcnelinde kalan son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 da tamamlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, Top\u00e7am Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 1 nolu \u00fcnitesi Haziran ay\u0131 sonuna kadar enerji \u00fcretimine ge\u00e7ecek. 2 nolu \u00fcnitenin haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ise bitmek \u00fczere oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, 3 nolu \u00fcnitenin ise, 2 \u00fcnitenin \u00fcretime ge\u00e7mesinin hemen ard\u0131ndan devreye al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 kaydediliyor. 3 \u00fcnitenin de tam kapasiteli enerji \u00fcretimine ge\u00e7mesi y\u0131l sonuna kadar tamamlanacak.<\/p>\n<h4>Y\u0131lda 198 Milyon\u00a0KWh\u00a0Enerji \u00dcretecek<\/h4>\n<p>Ordu Valisi Kenan \u00c7ift\u00e7i, 33 milyon metrek\u00fcp suyun depolanaca\u011f\u0131 barajda, 60 megawat kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7le 3 \u00fcniteli Top\u00e7am HES\u2019te y\u0131lda 198 milyon kilowat\/saat enerji \u00fcretilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Top\u00e7am HES\u2019te trib\u00fcn montaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n son a\u015famaya geldi\u011fini belirten Vali \u00c7if\u00e7i, \u201cMelet Irma\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flayan ve kil \u00e7ekirdekli kaya dolgu olarak in\u015fa edilen Top\u00e7am Baraj\u0131 16 y\u0131lda tamamland\u0131. 6 y\u0131l \u00f6nce baraj g\u00f6vdesi bitirilerek su tutmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Top\u00e7am Baraj\u0131\u2019ndan Top\u00e7am HES\u2019e 7.5 kilometre mesafeden beton enerji t\u00fcneli ile su aktar\u0131lacak. 133 milyon metrek\u00fcp su depolanacak olan barajda ve 3 \u00fcniteden olu\u015fan toplam 60 megawat kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olan Top\u00e7am HES\u2019te y\u0131lda 198 milyon kilowat\/saat enerji \u00fcretilecek.
